Only issue i had is that i was charged $8.99 (x2) for each of my Duvet covers that are as thin as a bed sheet. I have never been charged extra for this. Its not a blanket! So keep eye out for that. Also was not shown anywhere about a gratuity that seems about 14% of bill. Obviously i was gonna tip but it caught me by surprise. Overall it was great service, from pickup to drop-off. Thank you Andrew. Fyi i did give them over 100lbs of Laundry and was completed within The 24hour time frame !! It wasn't the prettiest building I've seen but it had character. Going in there was a nice woman that greater me right away. She was very limited in knowing prices but friendly. I asked her prices on shirts and she knew right away. I couldn't believe when she told me $1.99 per shirt! I thought wow, my normal lady charges $5.00. She asked me when I needed the shirts and she took down all of my information and put it into her computer. She printed the ticket out and I was on my way. I will definitely return, one to pick up my clothes and two for future business, I like the prices over the service if I'm being honest, but I'm ok with that when the price is right.
