Only issue i had is that i was charged $8.99 (x2) for each of my Duvet covers that are as thin as a bed sheet. I have never been charged extra for this. Its not a blanket! So keep eye out for that. Also was not shown anywhere about a gratuity that seems about 14% of bill. Obviously i was gonna tip but it caught me by surprise. Overall it was great service, from pickup to drop-off. Thank you Andrew. Fyi i did give them over 100lbs of Laundry and was completed within The 24hour time frame !!
