Come One, Come All -- To the Lee Laundry Mall!…read more This isn't just a laundromat. It's an institution. Lee Laundry Mall has got it all. Big screen tv's where you can watch the latest thing the president did. Claw machines to get Labubu's. Even concierge service at the front desk. Modern shiny chrome washers and dryers. They look new and fresh. And just being near them makes you feel new and fresh, and hopeful of the future. I love their pay by card system. I recommend putting 20 dollars cash at a time on your Lee Laundry Mall card, because if you put a 20 dollar bill on your card, you get 2 extra dollars free? What value! And it's so clean here. So clean in fact, that as I walked in today there was a lady cleaning the floor. I didnt want to get in her way but WOW! How many laundromats keep their place this clean? It's the cleanest laundromat in town! Love is a precious word that I use very sparingly but I'll say it here. I LOVE the Lee Laundry Mall. My apartment may not have a washer and dryer, but that just gives me the best excuse to go to the Lee Laundry Mall. So come one, come all, TO THE LEE LAUNDRY MALL!

The parking lot has lots of spaces, but the lot is so small at the same time, it scares me, how tight it is...I've witnessed someone hitting my door while I was sitting there....hence the star drop. They have an ATM, and plastic cards that you need to add a balance to. The cards give you the credits for the machines. They are about 7 to 9 dollars, which isn't bad at all, especially when the dryers are free (for the most part). They say on the signs that you only need 20 to 30 min for the dryers, but I find that on medium heat, we need 50 so the credits run out. By the way, if you need detergent, dryer sheets, any of that stuff, they have it to purchase, cash and cards accepted. Also, the music inside is actually good! They play hits from the 80s and 90s,.and there is a TV on news 12 as well. If you want to leave, there is a 711, bagel boss, and plenty of food and coffee chains on that road.

The girls behind the counter are always so polite and every time they say it'll be ready the next day they call me a few hours later to say that they're ready for pick up the same day. All of them are very efficient and keep the place clean , tidy and I just immaculate. My grandmother worked as a laundry assistant in the Bronx for so many years and your girls keep your place of business the way my grandmother used to keep the place she worked at the same way. Most people would only post a negative and I called to see if I could speak to the owners directly because I wanted to tell you in person how lucky you are to have the staff you have . DON'T EVER LOSE THEM. Your place is the only place I recommend to people because how wonderful and helpful the staff is. Today I alerted employee Teresa of a dead bird on the chair (see photo below, showing her as she walks past it). She was too squeamish to remove it. According to Google, Dead birds potentially carry germs and Avian viruses. They also carry parasites that abandon birds when they die. Thus the dead bird's parasites can potentially hop onto a customer's clean clothes. That is why Laundry Express only gets one star from me. I will not be back!

I needed my clothes washed and folded for me throughout my stay. Whenever I travel, I worry about my high end designer clothes and don't want to leave my clothes with just anybody. Just around the corner from my place, I decided to take a chance with the route 112 laundromat. Janet, the older woman at the desk with the long white hair was very hospitable and welcoming. My first impression made me feel more like family than a laundry client. She assured me that my clothes were in good hands with her and that she had years of professional experience handling delicate and high end clothing. I had zero qualms after speaking with her and now Janet has a life long customer. When I come back to patchogue for Thanksgiving, I'll be trusting my clothes with Janet. Unfortunately, my summer excursion went by way too fast but I could enjoy it without worry once I saw the phenomenal care to detail Janet paid to my garments. A+ service with a family feel and an above and beyond experience. I'm recommending all of my friends who live in the area to trust Janet with their clothes.
