A very young couple that are the sweetest and most reliable around the best service always friendly never forgets my name best of luck

Great place to do laundry. I used a coupon and got $5 off my laundry for checking in. They were quick and speedy and provided exceptional service. read more

The owners are very nice and friendly and it's better than the two other places nearby that I've brought my belongings to, but my clothes mostly smell of burnt / over drying and not the dryer sheets I bring for them to use. They only lost one thing in the 9 months I've used them which is better than the last place who lost 6 pairs of my socks and gave me someone else's. Anyway, it's a good place and make sure you check in cause they give you a $5 off coupon. read more

This laundromat's service is extremely poor. I've been using them for months and always give instructions to not dry my work clothes. Picked up my laundry this evening and discovered they dried most my laundry. All of my work clothes are have shrunk and will not be going to back to this laundromat again. read more

Hands down the best place to have your laundry done ever. Simon is so kind and accomodates our schedule. We use pick up and drop off service and our clothes are always perfect, wrinkle free and smell amazing. All of the folks at Saxon work super hard and it shows. Thanks for always taking care if us. Absolutely love this laundromat!! I started going here a few months ago for their Wash and Fold service after having a terrible experience at a different laundromat. Needless to say, I am so glad that I switched to Saxon Laundromat! All the staff that I have interacted with are super friendly and already after a little while they know me by name! Prices are reasonable and my clothes are always sorted neatly and smell so clean. I love that they hang up my polo shirts for work! I highly recommend Saxon Laundromat for any laundry needs, they will not disappoint!! read more

I cannot say enough good things. Accommodating, friendly, professional. I've never trusted anyone to do my laundry, but my schedule has been tough recently and they have made it such a pleasant experience. Would recommend to anyone and everyone. read more

Since moving to Bay Shore I am unable to have a washer/dryer. Today I was SO HAPPY to call Saxon Laundry and speak with Jenny. I brought my own Free & Clear pods and dryer sheets. Everything was clean, dry and folded and I got it back SAME DAY! SO HAPPY! PLUS thru Yelp I received $5 off 40 lbs+. At .85 a lb it is WELL WORTH IT! read more

Seriously AMAZING! I dropped my laundry off and picked it up 3 hours later. Simon and Al were both super friendly and were both truly concerned with my requests. Honestly one of the most friendly staff I've encountered in NY. I wanted everything washed on delicate and some stuff hanged dried and the rest dried on low. I was confident they were going to meet my request and they sure did. My clothes smelled amazing when I picked them up. I was expecting the prices to be outrageous but they were completely reasonable. I would definitely recommend this place for its service, customer service and the care and pride they took in my laundry. I will be going back! read more

Great laundromat and close to Dunkin Donuts and Stop & Shop so as to take care of other errands while your clothes wash and dry.

5 years of dropping of my laundry in 3 different neighborhoods throughout the years! Simon and crew are the best! Super fast (laundry often ready same day or within 24 hours). Very friendly staff and they always follow specific instructions I have for some clothes (example: low dry only, or hang dry). Great pricing! It's hard to beat the value you get here, drop off your clothes and don't let laundry stress you out. read more

Saxon laundromat is hands down the best!! I'm very particular about my laundry, Simon & staff always take the time to listen and man do they deliver. They always take great care of our clothes. Not too mention how super friendly and helpful they are. This has been my first experience ever dropping laundry off & I'm so glad and lucky to have found this laundromat. I have a hectic schedule & knowing I can drop off the wash & pick it up in a timely manner is sooooo great. I highly recommend Saxon Laundromat!! read more

I drop my laundry off every Monday morning , they do an awesome job and always make it ready the same day

After reading the reviews, I was convinced to travel the 20 minutes to get my two full size comforters laundered by the staff and returned to me later in the day. As promised, the comforters were ready at 1pm, bright and clean and perfectly dry and fluffy and folded neatly in a clear bag. I was very pleased with the experience and would recommend their services to anyone looking to get great results, polite service and reasonable pricing. read more

LOVE this Laundromat! Especially the team that makes this place so great. I drop off my clothes ~ and the service is awesome, quick turnaround and clothes smell great and folded perfectly. and the prices are great- totally worth the money ! Did I mention the staff? OUTSTANDING. They make me never want to move out of my apartment into a house because then I would have a washer/dryer - in which case, I may still drop my clothes off anyway! :) I highly recommend this place if you want to leave your clothes in trusting hands. read more

Saxon laundromat is officially my go to laundromat. Simon is so nice, as well as the women working there. I use the drop off service and it has literally changed my life. Either I drop off my laundry before work and pick it up on the way home or I'll drop it off and Simon will text me when it's ready. Laundry always smells great and folded impeccably. It's very affordable and now I can use my days off to do the things I actually want to do. I recommend their service to everyone! read more

Based on the other wonderful reviews, I drove quite far out of my way to patronize this laundromat. At first, everything was fine and pretty much in keeping with what the reviews said and I was happy. HOWEVER, AFTER THEY DAMAGED SEVERAL ARTICLES OF MINE, ALL THAT CHANGED! I don't know how or what it was that they got all over my husband's pants, shiorts, and some of my shirts, but when we unfolded them we discovered black grease (or maybe ink) splatter and smear marks in numerous places. They were quite certain that they were NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DAMAGE and implied that the marks must of been there to begin with, which is interesting because Simon also said that he never saw them when they were being folded. He even suggested that the shorts were' even in that load. The first few things we returned to him, he attempted to rewash and improve. The load that was damaged was over 40 pounds, and we didn't find everything at first. When I brought back another similarly damaged shirt of mine to be treated, Simon wasn't there, so I just left it with a nice message and another load of towels. Today when we went to pick it up, the towels had not been washed, nor had any attempt been made to remove the stains that they caused! They even told the employee not to wash our towels! BOTTOM LINE...THEY TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGE THEY CAUSE!!! Everybody makes mistakes, but what you do about them tells volumes about your character. read more
