If that's important you probably won't over look the bad parking, general apathy from the staff, and mediocre pricing either. Overall, kind of a "you get what you get, and don't get upset," vibe from staff when you walk in there. After I came back the next morning when my clothes weren't ready, the same staff were laidback or even seemed put off when I handed my ticket over the counter. It was like they're too busy for me even in an empty shop. Maybe there is more to it but I am just a customer that was disappointed in their service the day before. Positively, you could pay more elsewhere and they are open 6 days a week. I have lost buttons on new shirt but that happens at some other places. They send things out so who knows what they do there beside ring you up. I used them for months but maybe I can find somewhere else. They made me feel like my business wasn't enough for them to even pretend to be concerned about my items. I figure why bother, I might do better elsewhere, maybe feel better about price or service.
