The staff is very very nice but they speak limited English and are not able to assist with anything. The dryers are always full of clothes that have finished the cycle. Washing machine #40 accepted payment and then froze. The woman working did not understand what I was saying to her. I also had an extremely uncomfortable situation in which a patron was mad that her stuff was taken out of the dryer after it was done. She was pushing me and grabbing my cart. The staff members said policia but they did not actually call the police. I wanted them to call because the woman was a total nut case. I've seen many dogs in here. They're in the carts and on the folding tables. Very disgusting. I do not recommend this laundromat. It's not managed well.

So I took the pants to Dutchgirl Cleaners, which has a fitting room where I tried them on. Seo, the tailor, pinned the extra fabric up until the hem touched my flat shoes. I usually wear flats and wore the shoes that I planned to wear with the pants. Then he folded the pants in and out and drew a straight line where the new hem should go. Now my pants fit perfectly. The service took in five business days because he used a sewing machine to make the alterations, and there were many customers ahead of me. Drew, the manager, who charged me $15 a pair. I had to pay in full before the tailoring was done (see photo below). The price though is reasonable for Suffolk County.

When I came for my pick up, I was given the price of close to $100.00! I gave them my ticket which showed around $70.00 being charged but I was told the math was done wrong and I was to pay the new amount. What if I didn't have the money they originally told me? Would they have kept my suits?? I paid it off and will not be going back there again. If you ask me, the proper thing for them to have done is kept the bill on the original ticket. The only thing I should be expected to do is drop off my wardrobe and pick them up for the price I was told AND given on the day of my drop off.
