Love this laundromat, I'm leaving this review because I think this place does not deserve 3 stars. The laundry card system is so convenient, and the machines are all kept in great condition. There are TVs, vending machines, and games that make doing laundry less boring. There are so many washers and dryers so you never have to wait for someone else to finish. read more

I dropped a comforter off and used a gift certificate to pay for it when I went to pick it up. They refused to honor the balance on my gift certificate. I would not recommend using this laundromat, and they don't answer their phone either. read more

As someone who is a part time resident of Huntington, I was really disappointed that the Laundry Mall decided to switch their card payment system only allowing a limited amount of time to transfer balances from the old cards to the new cards. Not only do you have purchase new cards, but any remaining balance (significant on my two cards) is lost. I hope that the owners enjoy the windfall of profit they made on June 23rd 2025 (the transfer deadline) and I imagine they are enjoying a nice vacation somewhere at our expense. read more

I LOVE this laundromat. So clean - the friendliest staff - I just starting bringing my work linens here again after YEARS and they remembered my face. It's the little things when it comes to customer service! There are many other laundromats in my way from home to work but I go OUT of my way to come here because I always get the cleanest sheets back (no dirt or hair wrapped up in them, like other places, thank you). It's quiet, huge space, no over crowding. I used to bring books and study here it's so peaceful. I drop my things off and get them same day or next day - worth every penny. read more

I owner is so disrespectful that I had to call the police. He said fuck you because I asked him to check the cameras. He also said that I was a trouble maker. I was the only African American woman in there. He thought he could speak like that to me. Someone stole my card from the machine when I walked away. His cameras are useless and broken. This place is convenient, next to Dunkin Donuts across the street from Kmart and a shopping outlet. The dryers suck!!!!! they give you no heat!!!!! they make you buy a plastic card they charge you $1 for it ...the prices of the washing machines are $3 $4 $6 $8 & $9.50. Not a lot of folding tables but the bathroom is big and clean. The laundromat across the street in the Kmart Shopping Center gives you less time on the dryers for the money but the dryers heat up a lot more than they do here using less money less time.... what normally would have taken me 32 minutes to dry is now taking me over 40 read more

I've come to this laundromat since they first opened. I utilize their drop off service. I rarely if ever have any issues here. When I do the nice gentleman(the manager) fixes the issue right away. Some people have told me they are very pricey for a laundromat. But for me my clothes, towels, blanks, and socks are always folded neatly. Not to mention my clothes always smell awesome. I only use one person (Maria) because she manages to get my 3 boys white clothes super clean and bright. The term "you get what you pay for"is accurate here. I don't mind paying because the final outcome is always above excellent. read more

Clean and new, better and nicer than the other places nearby, though some of the machines are annoying to use and starting to wear out already. You get a card from a machine and add money to it, which you then swipe in the machines. The dryers were a little hard to figure out. As far as I know, you have to swipe the card once for each 10 minutes you want to use, repeatedly pushing the button, and it doesn't respond for like 5 seconds after you push the button so you're not sure whether it worked or not. I put clothes in for an hour and they're sometimes still damp, but this happened at every other laundromat, too. There are a bunch of TVs, usually showing music videos, but once they were showing Bill O'Reilly. :( It says they close at midnight, but by 10:30 they're turning off the TVs and locking the doors. read more

Used to come here all the time a few years ago and then recently tried out the wash and fold service. A bit pricey. So for wash and fold I go to another place where the cost is much lower. However, this laundromat is nice and clean. I like that you get and reload a card, vs always needing coins. I come here to wash bedding and pet items and the washers are fantastic. The dryers however, not that great. If the big ones are taken, I try to find one that feels warm so I won't have to run it for more than 20-30 minutes for small items like pillow cases. Good location too. I always find myself wandering over to the Dunkin donuts next door for a drink and/or snack. I haven't had to buy detergent from here so I can't comment on prices. But overall a decent place. read more

Clean, great employee's very friendly, Wifi is available. They have extra large washer's and dryers for anyone who needs to clean a comforter etc. 42" Flat screens everywhere. And its right next to dunkin donuts if you need a quick snack or a coffee to make it thru that pile of laundry.. read more

I've been using laundry mats from all over for a few years. This is by far the best location I have come across. Good location (just south of Huntington village), much needed space for all customers, various machine sizes, a laundry mall card for payment rather than change, LIQUID ONLY detergent (which is a big plus for me), sufficient air conditioning during the summer, a dunker donuts right next door and a perk for me is someone buys the newspaper and leaves it any day of the week I go which is awesome. Better than my small washer&dryer @ home. They have spacious, med. to huge washers & dryers available. Drop off service was quite reasonable and was a big help when we needed to do a ton of wash on top of other things . Staff is nice and helpful. Nice to not need coins, although you better make sure you know how much money you need on the card. As of last week, they seemed to have many machines out of service for several weeks in a row though. They should maintain their machined more frequently. read more

I've been coming here for three years. The smaller washers like to stop working and say you've over filled them. The employees know how crappy these machines are. But nonetheless they are more than courteous to help. I've left the owner a letter once before stating that their machines never work properly. I received a call back assuring me the machines are in tip top shape and to give them another shot. Well I did. A few breakdowns in between didnt really bother me. Today was the final straw. The machine stopped again and the lady put it on spin again for another 8 minutes. I open it back up and the clothes are still soaking wet because the water kept pouring in while it was spinning. I had to transfer my soaking wet clothes to an adjacent machine for another 8 minute spin. Now the clothes im wearing are wet and im here again spending way more time than I need to be doing laundry. I've had it with this place. Maybe if the owners put some money into their machines instead of their fancy cars they drive, this would be a better place to spend my time and money. Not anymore. Ill go across the street to the laundromat whose 40 year old machines work better than theirs do. read more
