They do an amazing job with cleaning and folding clothes. Everything smells so fresh.

This was my spot for the past 3 months, saved me some much time, clothes smelled great and folded neatly. However, last week was the last time I will drop my clothes and do business here. First, polo shirts and tshirts are all a small, I'm a XL, even with instructions of dry low, second I'm missing 10 pair of socks (this is the second time) I had to buy new socks, they gave me one sock and dryer balls in my bag. I called up and the guy he will check the dryer and call back. Guess ya, didn't find it? No call back. Lost my business!!! Get your shit straight!! How you lose socks???!! read more

I used to live four blocks away, but moved too Long Island. I still work in the surrounding vicinity and drop my laundry off there because of the great service that they provide. I put everything in a "cram bag" and pay one flat fee for them to wash fold and return to the bag. With a busy work schedule I don't always have time to do laundry at home. I used to go here all the time and drop off my family clothes all the time but there would always come back with some pieces with stain like if grease was on it . I would always give them the benefit of doubt and think perhaps it was me but the stains did not ever come out even after sending them to wash away and new clothes would come back with new stains. The new lady is rude and the place is filthy even with the new machines watched the lady rude talk to people when they were just taking a minute to figure out the new system. If you know there's a new system deal with the fact you are going to have to walked through it with people repeatedly. read more

I never had any problem with this laundry mat until today.... I walked in and this lady, I can already tell she's giving me the dirty eye as if their about to close. It's 7pm, the sign on the door says it's closes at 9pm, so at this point I'm very confused why I'm getting the stank eye. I continue to wash my clothes and when my clothes were done washing, I went back to dry them and she's already getting ready to close the laundry mat. If I didn't go back, when I did I most likely wouldn't have gotten my clothes till the next day. I left there with wet clothes cause I wasn't tryna have this lady close with my clothes still in there. I would've appreciate her communicating to me that she was closing in a few instead of having me take my wet clothes somewhere else to dry. Don't advertise a closing time if it isn't correct. read more

I'm in a wheelchair and many things are too difficult for me. Thankfully, there's a laundry that picks up and delivers. Each load was clean, folded and put in separate bags - open, lift, put in the drawer! On time, reasonable price, friendly staff and I never feel like anything less than their most important customer! Recently this laundromat has been taken over by New management. We have a washer but our dryer isn't working so for about 2 or 3 weeks we've been using the dry and fold initially the service was good then we brought my daughter clothes to get folded we were told that it's not worth it for them because it only came up to 4 or 5 dollar. I've never gone to a business where they turned down money but we went back home with clothes. So we tried another time with about 3 or 4 bags of clothes when we got home we found someone else's clothes in our bags. Which means our clothes is in someone else's bag. Then as I was leaving I found one of my daughters sock by the board it was filthy!!!! I will be using laundry services elsewhere. read more

I have been using this business for their pick up and drop off service for about 5-6 months now and I must say it I have been very pleased with the care that is put into cleaning my clothes. The customer service is amazing and I couldn't be more satisfied. I really enjoy how my laundry is picked up and dropped off at my front door and that I can pick the time for it to be picked up. I currently live on a 3rd floor walk up so It really is a great help to me. The delivery man is very friendly and knows my work schedule can be crazy so he always calls me to make sure I'm home before he comes to get my laundry. Used this business when I needed laundry services in a pinch. My washing machine wasn't working for weeks and a quick yelp search led me to this place, and I'm glad it did because they picked up the same night AND dropped off at my door the next evening: a whopping 115lbs of laundry (I know, right?!). Courteous driver, as well as professionally washed clothes, with nothing missing, and even included free bags. Would absolutely use them again, especially in a pinch. read more

If I were to give this laundromat a 0!!! I would. The attendant they have there does not have any kind of customer service he acts as if he owns the place. They have a cram bag for $28.00 but out of the blue without calling you will add $6.00 for 2 small mats which there machine mind you cost less than that I could fit a entire laundry to wash for $6.00. The owner nor the attendant called us to notify us they will add $6.00 to our $28.00 cram bag (why would you call it a cram bag when you are ripping customers off and don't call them to make them aware you will charge more) I spoke to the owner who did not handle the situation the attendant did not want to give me a receipt either. DO ME A FAVOR DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! read more

This place is convenient and good help. But the owners don't care about the people. The ceiling has collapsed and no one has fixed it. Alot of the machines are put of order. No heat at all. Even when it's freezing out it's worse inside. And the walls are so old and dingy. read more

I dropped off my laundry today and the owner was so nice to drop it off to me at my home. They did an AMAZING job! My stuff came back folded so neatly and it made putting it away so fast. They were even nice enough to use the detergents I gave them (but it stays at the store). Will absolutely use again! read more
