"BEWARE DO NOT DROP YOUR CLOTHES HERE". This laundromat's drop-off service is an absolute disaster,…read moreand after multiple chances, I can confidently say they will ruin your clothes. For the past THREE visits, my laundry has come back damaged--stained, worn out, and mishandled. I'm talking about detergent stains, random blotches, and clothes that now look old and beat up after only a few wears. One of my sweatshirts I've only worn THREE times came back with puckering all over it and an actual RIP in the fabric. That did not exist before I dropped it off. There is no excuse for that level of damage unless your clothes are being handled carelessly or aggressively. They also ignore basic instructions. I clearly requested items to be air-dried, and they still put them in the dryer, damaging them further. It's obvious everything is being thrown together in one machine with no separation or care. When I brought my clothes back for re-washing, it only got worse. And instead of taking accountability, I was blamed and given excuses. But what really crossed the line was the unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. During the dispute, the worker actually PUT HER HAND ON ME--like she was disciplining a child. Completely inappropriate. Do NOT touch customers. Ever. At that point, I knew this place had zero respect, zero professionalism, and zero standards. To make matters worse, this isn't even new behavior. I stopped coming here before because items were going missing. I gave them another chance--and now my clothes are coming back destroyed. You are literally paying to have your clothes ruined. I will be pursuing compensation for the damage. If you value your clothing, your money, or basic respect as a customer--DO NOT use their drop-off service. Check your clothes carefully if you already have. You might not notice the damage until it's too late.

The washers are cool they have this new technology that's called dry washing where the clothes are washed with no water at all or the bare minimum. Did I also mention there is no hot water. I guess hot water is not a choice. Anyhow on to the bathroom this place must be made for midgets at 6'3 I literally had to get on my knees to use the sink. Oh well there goes my pants I won't dry wash them here.
