On April 25.2024 I picked up my clothes with stains all over my clothes. As a nurse I was disappointed giving my white coats for them to not even wash my whites separately from my blues. Thank you for not picking up when I called back. I blame the management for being rude to its employees, he treated them like slaves and talked horrible to them. No body deserves to work under such management. If the employees were happy they would have noticed my highlighter. Plus he doesn't allow them to get tipped ! What a shame. Let's just say there's one employee in there that is beyond ghetto. I think each employee should wear name tags so the customers have the ability to make complaints. On Sunday November 11/14 around 7-9am I believe I was pulling in a parking spot that I and another customer were bickering over when he was already parked. He decided to sit on his bare behind in the parking spot and I stayed parked until he decided to get up. So the worker who was African American female, skinny and I want to say maybe her age was 20-30 if not younger or older comes out the laundry and proceeds to tell at me like I was some random on the street. It took everything in me not to punch her dead in her face because I do have a career I will not lose over no laundromat attendee playing tough. I feel she could've helped deescalate the issue between me and the young man but she came out very aggressive, called me out my name numerous times and automatically started a argument that could've went completely left had I not kept my cool. Management was not around and she did not care if I was to report her. If clean rite is transferring in to Mr Jeff than there should be customer service training available for the workers. Especially if this a brand they are trying to expand. read more

I've been coming here a few months now as the other clean rite was riddle with bugs. But now i might need to find another. This location has extremely prejudiced employees. I don't know her name but this petite employee always accuses me of bringing in prewashed clothes to dry. And today she demanded i buy something. I told her if she rolls back her cameras she will see i just finished washing my clothes as i always do. I solely choose to wait in my car during the wash as I'm more comfortable that way. Either clean rite shapes up or it will be another business of the past and be closed due to their rude employee behavior. I don't need to be pestered as a paying customer. I have been dropping of my laundry here for the past 2 years and this is the first time I picked my clothes up and my kids clothes was separated in a bag because it was wet, all of my uniform has like an oil stain on them which I cannot get out and all my white clothes turned grey this is the first time this happened to me. This laundry mat has it's perks the only downfall is the customer service but we will get to that later. It's located on busy Jamaica avenue/Queens Village but the great thing is, it has a private parking lot. It gets busy during the weekend because it shares a space with Dollar Tree(formerly known as Deals). You get a card that has to have at least a dollar on it and you get FREE DRYING. Yup free drying! The place is well kept and the night staff usually cleans the dryers, sweeps, mops etc. There is a restroom if needed. Now the customer service is horrible. Some of these staff think they're at home. I've never met a friendly staff yet. I guess just make sure you don't need them for anything because one word. ATTITUDE. Otherwise I'll recommend. read more

If I could give this establishment 0 stars I would. Do not go here to wash your clothes. Half of the machines and dryers are not working with no signage indicating such. I paid $40 to load a new laundry card, first time consumer, and was charged, but the money never loaded onto the card. The clerk assisted, and turned on the machines for me. I asked to speak with the manager, who arrived only to tell me that I would have to contact my bank and if I refunded I would owe them the money they would've earned had I paid for my own machines. No signage indicating that the machine wasn't working. The clerk mentioned that the same happened to another patron days before. Negligence, if you ask me. To top it off, one of the non-working machines spun adding no water to my load to wash clothing. The clerk on duty was kind enough to allow me to use another. The manager sucks. I've been coming to this locate for about 3 yrs now. If your not slipping on softer sheets on the floor, the bathroom door is locked, the dryers - dry but lint on the clothing. Lets not talk about last year when a pipe broke and the employee was left running around trying to mop up water in soaking wet shoes and socks, that I felt bad for the young woman I went and bought her new ones. Also help cleaned the water and move the tables because there was no one else on site. I finally had it with this place. On 11/17/2018, Had my clothing stolen from the dryer, the employee just pointed to the woman, who wouldn't even open her bag. When asked if she could call the manager she said, "What Manager?" When asked for the cameras by police, she said we have to wait till Monday. She stood around listening into the conversation, smirking to herself & no help what so ever as I watch my clothing (and mine sons) clothing being stolen. Now on Tuesday, the manager claimed she was busy and would call back my father once she reviewed the tape. Really? More like covering her and making the phone calls to her managers before calling my father and telling him about a subpoena. I went to the main website, which you could only sent a comment to the headquarters but no factual information on address or owners. The only response I got was after I posted on the Facebook page, where the district manager, was more concern to tell me that its a public place but the video has to be subpoena. (If its a public place, should the video be available to the public?) He offered 1 month of free laundry which is only about $20.00 for me out of about 250.00 I lost in clothing. Also he claimed disciplinary action would be taken internally, which I doubt. He also claimed his business card is at the front desk after I kept asking why wasn't a manager called. Disgusting human being just standing, smiling like this was a joke and no help whatsoever. Maybe you should have managers on call, or competent employees. Or teach them, the same way they work for their money so do others and this wasn't a joking situation or something to smile about. In the end, I got a portable washer/dryer, so far, its the best investment and worries about thieves or rude people who just stand around. read more

Used their laundry drop-off service last weekend & never again!!! All my black clothes have some weird white stains on them (I think it might be dried soap?) and they definitely dried all the clothes on extremely high heat, even delicate silky tops that I think are now damaged beyond repair. I was so excited to use their services and happy with their prices, until I received my clothes back and realized that some of the brand new work-clothes I bought were now unusable. Complete waste of my time. She called left a voicemail, and made no other attempts to get in touch with me to rectify the situation.
