I spend approximately $60 every week doing my laundry there. While I understand that prices have increased tremendously over the years, I will say that the renovations look amazing. However, I found it very distasteful and unsanitary that the restroom had no toilet paper or hand soap available for customers. When I asked one of the staff members if I could use the bathroom and requested toilet paper and hand soap, I was told that they do not provide it because people steal it. Due to this, I had to leave and drive home, which is about 10 minutes away, just to use the bathroom. When I returned, I noticed the employee later went into the bathroom with toilet paper and hand soap for herself. Once she finished, she removed the toilet paper with her when she left the restroom. I found this extremely unprofessional and unsanitary. Considering the amount of money customers spend weekly to use the laundromat, basic necessities such as toilet paper and hand soap should be available at all times, and the restroom should be accessible to paying customers. Going forward, I will unfortunately have to remember to bring my own toilet paper and hand soap in case I need to use the restroom, which I find completely unnecessary. I do hope to speak with the manager or owner regarding this matter. I have met the owner a few times, and he has always been very nice. I truly believe he may be unaware of what is taking place. And the place is expansive and full of machines, so no need to get close. Last night, I was feeling restless and decided to give my old favorite a try. While there were new machines & dryers, the place was filthier than ever! Debris on the floor, tops of the washing machines gross from detergent, every washer I touched had lint or random stuff inside and sadly I spotted a couple of roaches. There were about 4-5 other people and one attendant. So I was surprised at the state of the place. Like most laundromats, this place uses a card instead of coins. The card is $5 which seems standard. I used the older washing machines that were $5.50 for what I think was a double loader. The indicator lights weren't working. I also used the older dryers at .35¢ for 8 minutes. Clothes including hoodies dried (for the most part) after 4 rounds. They used to be 24 hours, but no longer. Tuesday and Thursday nights they close at 10 and reopen in the morning. As a plus, they do have free parking

The owner refused to discuss anything, I was not compensated for my lost clothes or the money spent or the money I had to spend to rewash all my other clothes. THEN the owner told me to FUCK OFF and get out of his store, leaving me with nothing. Right after moving my still burning clothes, he took out the lint vent and cleaned it while he thought I wasn't looking to cover up the real issue and reason the machine burnt my clothes!!!!

Tried to do laundry in the evening, attendant was even there and watched us start our load at 9:30 pm. Come back to take it out of the dryer, whole shop is closed. The place was bright and clean, and everybody was very friendly. It can get busy at times, but I did not have a problem finding an empty washer or dryer. You can pay in different ways. You can pay with coins. With a card that you store value on. Or you can pay with credit/debit/Apple Pay. I used the Apple Pay, which was very. Convenient. Every laundromat is different, so I wasn't exactly sure how to work the machines, but the attendants went out of their way to explain to me what I had to do. Another thing, is they run specials. Currently, they were offering free laundry soap on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Today was a Thursday. Yay! I got everything done in a little over an hour, and I was out the door. If I stay at this Airbnb again, I will definitely come back. Thank you for the great service.
