Good amount of new washers and dryers and each machine is big enough for big loads of dirty clothes that need to be wash and dried. I always bring my own detergent but they have name brands as well if needed and they have seats to relax as the machines spins round and round . Good way to spend a few hours in the morning , afternoon and evening with the end results being clean clothes that are easy to fold . If you don't have the time , just drop off your laundry and they will do the rest or do it yourself and save a few bucks . 4.5 stars on my yelp meter and those are not my socks I retrieved from the dryer.

The street parking was easy and there's a dog park nearby. The customer service was friendly and helpful. I wish they have a price chart for all items but the cashier said they don't and it's based on their experience, which makes no sense. The customers should have the right to know what their items will cost ahead of time. The throw blanket was $45 and the cropped trench jacket was $24.50. Dropped off Wednesday morning and pick up is the following Tuesday afternoon. Pay cash to avoid 3.5% credit card fee. I like how the cashier was honest and told me I can throw my throw blanket in the washing machine due to its material, which I agree 100% but I wanted the furs to be fluffy so opted for dry cleaning.

Great cleaning, friendly service, and reasonable pricing. Can't really ask for much more.read more

I love this place. Been sending laundry here for nearly 10 years and have never been disappointed…read more I regularly use them for all my sheets, robes, towels, etc. but if I could afford it, I'd have them do all my laundry, all the time (admittedly, a couple of times a year I do get so incredibly lazy that the laundry piles up and I send like three huge Hefty-sized bags out to Yellowstone). They show up promptly, and when you get your laundry back--also promptly--it smells so good, it's so neatly folded, they separate the clothes by category (they keep pajamas together, pants together, sets of sheets together, etc.), put blouses on hangers, AND they tie up all the separate piles with yellow ribbon. The pickup/delivery guy is a living doll as well.

The owner refused to discuss anything, I was not compensated for my lost clothes or the money spent or the money I had to spend to rewash all my other clothes. Right after moving my still burning clothes, he took out the lint vent and cleaned it while he thought I wasn't looking to cover up the real issue and reason the machine burnt my clothes!!!!

Seeing the good reviews (thanks for them), I started delivery service for my disabled elderly mom…read moreso my sister and I could stop doing her laundry for her since we live very far and many of her neighbors refused to wear masks even at the height of the first wave of the pandemic when there are areas where distancing in her busy laundry room couldn't be achieved. After the high cost of her machines and cost of detergent and OXYclean, the delivery service isn't that much more expensive we have found, and it's so much more convenient and less stressful on our part. New Busy Season does an amazing job on the laundry itself. Her clothes are spotless and perfectly folded and they never seem overdried. And they make pick-up and drop-off a breeze for our mom. We love that they will call to make sure she's home before delivering so she can wait by the intercom since she's hard of hearing and might not hear the buzz otherwise. I don't know if that's standard procedure on their part to call, but the fact that they do in this case is wonderful. She calls them when she is ready for a new pick-up and they tell her what time they will be there, and I think she says it's always promptly. She says the delivery person is always very friendly as well. Just a perfect on-going experience with this great business. We are all so grateful!
