Rude attendants who don't stop people from throwing your clothes on the floor...even when you still have time on your dryer. The last straw for me (although I sadly will keep going there because it's so close) that caused me to write this review was when I asked if there would be any way that I could pay for them to dry and fold my clothes because I had to take my daughter to the ER and the girl first acted like she couldn't understand me and then yelled at me that they didn't do that and to go away. I would have gladly paid the price for complete washing, drying and folding but she was just so rude and unhelpful. And they never have the same hours...I've gotten locked out in the evening at like 9 PM even though they were supposed to be a 24 hour place and then again at like 8 PM after they changed their hours to not 24 hours. Why do I torture myself? Because the other laundromats within walking distance are usually even more crowded or are much more expensive.

The owners are pleasant, and they do a fine job of cleaning our clothes. However, they do not accurately predict how long cleaning will take. Each time we dropped clothes they gave a pick-up date, and then don't have clothes ready by that date. They also don't call customers to say that their clothes are delayed -- you have to go in person, hear that your clothes aren't ready, come back in 3 days... and then you come back, and are told it'll be another 3 days... In the case of my wedding dress, they said it would be ready in 4 weeks from drop-off; after 4 weeks, we checked in at least twice a week (in person) and it wasn't ready for another 4 weeks. 8 weeks would have been a fine time to wait had we known that from the start -- but it's frustrating that they (a) don't give accurate wait times, and (b) don't call you when there are delays. For that reason, we won't be returning to Hi-Style-- just too annoying to manage errands around that. Unfortunate: the people were always nice!

ATT....FOR THE 2018 UPDATE PLEASE READ TO THE END THANK YOU …read more. This is the first review of this place... It has changed owners over the Year's. The upkeep with this new owner was starting to get better BUT with that being said. It still has lots more room for improvement The women who work here are wonderful ...it is not their fault that machines do not work they way they should .SO we get to the convenience of the area and how easy it is to get here. BUT the situation again with the machines are rough! These machines have been here since the beginning ...I have been coming here since 1998 and these are the same ones. To be honest they stink. With the better technology that we now have This place should be updated with new stuff. The pricing is a joke. What sent me over the edge is the dryers...... You are paying .40 cents for 10 mins for a dryer that gets fixed at least once a week I know because the repairman shows up almost every Wednesday or Thursday and I just had that experience this week. Money is being wasted where there are so many other places to go. And I will be going other places until this place gets a major overhaul Its such a shame this place has potential if its run in the right way. Like a Real business ! For those don't mind to waste money. then by all means enjoy. UPDATE ..2018 !!!!! after the company contacting me personally to address the situation. Many things have changed New management all new washers and dryers. They really listen and respond. It is a pleasure to go there now. Thank you for responding and caring enough it means allot to us customers.
