My go-to drop off laundry service! A family owned laundromat business and everyone is very nice and accommodating each time I drop off my laundry and the value for money with the amount of laundry I drop off is incredible. read more

Best laundry service in the neighborhood! Family owned business, great prices and service!

The BEST I love them so much. We send laundry at least once a week and we're impressed every time.

Best laundromat hands down. The family who owns this business is extremely nice & they go out of their way to make sure that your laundry is folded the way you like it and they use the scent of your choice! Really reasonable pricing as well. read more

amazing customer service! so kind and will do laundry your way support this small business!

i love doing my laundry here. I live about 7 mins away from here (walking). The building might look run-down but the machines are always clean and I have had no issue, ever. The family/the lady is SO SO kind. She is very welcoming and sweet. Even if i have places closer than this business to do laundry, I go here every single week because I want to support this business for as long as i live in the area! read more

This place deserves all the stars possible. I'm spending four weeks in Elmhurst and needed to have laundry done. I live a very busy life and, on a rare day off, the last thing I want to do is spend hours in a coin-operated laundromat watching my clothes go around in circles and then having to fold them. This is why I spend a little extra to send my clothes out. It's worth it to have my free day not be tied up by laundry. At Zhen Wai Laundry, it doesn't cost much more than a normal do-it-yourself laundromat. I dropped off 20 pounds of clothes and paid $16 cash for same-day service. They offered to deliver it to me, but since I was in the area, I picked it up. My clothes were ready in less than 8 hours after I dropped them off. And they were washed and folded with precision. The clothes smelled wonderful. They weren't as fluffy as my place back home, but still, that's nothing to complain about when I just got all my laundry done for $16. They didn't laugh when I brought my clothes in a trash bag (I forgot about packing a laundry bag while prepping for my four weeks away from home). And when I picked my clothes up, the woman noticed it would be difficult to carry a 20-pound plastic bag of clothes home, so she gave me an IKEA "big blue bag" so I'd have something sturdy with straps to carry my clothes home. In the end, 20 pounds of clothes washed and folded in under 8 hours for a total of $16. And they wouldn't accept the tip I offered them. I wish they had taken it, as I almost feel bad at how cheap their laundry service was. If I lived in the area, this would be my go-to place for wash and fold laundry services. read more

Excellent service. They're quick and nice and will help you load and unload your car if you can't find parking. I love not having to do my own laundry or folding all the sheets. This is one of the splurges I allow myself that I don't regret one bit. read more

They are amazing! I gave them about 37-40lbs of laundry and it cost me $50 with a tip. They did accept a tip from me which actually made me happy. They are so polite too. Here are some tips: 1. Cash only 2. Specify whether you want same day service because if not they won't deliver until you ask for it I think that's really it. This cost me just as much if I did it in my building! It was nice to have everything folded and organized. I'm really happy with the service! I will definitely be using them again! read more

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE ZHEN WAI! I mean what is not to love about this place? We drop off our laundry twice a month and we get it back DELIVERED! Yes! I was skeptical at first but after the first time I received my laundry back perfectly sorted and folded smelling SOOOOO GOOOD and 25 pounds for 15 bucks???? I used to pay that amount and more doing it myself wasting so much time sorting, then washing, then drying, then folding, then storing.... uggghhh goodbye to those days! I seriously DO NOT know what I would do without them. Truth be told we live quite far from an adequate laundromat and we were spoiled for so long with laundry in building that discovering Zhen Wai has been a true life saver! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU... for putting so much love and care into what you do! read more

The best place to get your laundry done! Since my fiancé and I moved to Jackson Heights in December, this place has been one of the best things about living here. Great service! read more

I love this family so much. They are so responsive, quick, affordable, and high quality service. Have been using their service for almost 6 years and would go to them for ever. Hailey, Zhen, & Eileen & family are the best. read more

I love this place. Extremely fast service. They have never lost an item (that I know of). They can do same day pick up, wash, and drop off. Pick up is usually around 1pm on the weekend and then drop off around 7-9pm. They are flexible and allow me to use my own detergent. They seem very non-judgemental of whatever weird stuff is in my laundry basket haha. read more

Best laundry drop off place ever. Some of the most friendly and accommodating customer service I've ever experienced. They once even gave me an extra laundry bag because mine was breaking and they place your clean clothes in plastic bags before putting them back in the laundry bags. Love this place and the owners and their children are great. read more

Still no complaints about this laundromat. By far the best place, hands down. Always pleasant and accommodating. Clothes are always clean and neatly returned. True neighborhood gem. read more

Ok I never thought I would be writing a review on a laundromat but this place really deserves more than 5 stars for a number of reasons: -The price is unbeatable -My clothes smell AMAZING and are super soft -They sorted out my socks from the pile of laundry I had and put it in a separate plastic bag!! -Since there is no parking in the area, the lady suggested that when I go to pick up my drop off service to give the laundry a call. They will come out and drop the bag off to your car!!! I've never been this happy with my laundry services. They are great and deserve all the business they can get! Try them out and you won't be disappointed. Thanks to the owners for having top notch genuine customer service. read more

They deserve 5 stars and more! It's a family operated business with mainly the husband and wife running it. They're so nice, laundry always smell fresh, fluffy, and perfectly folded. Their prices are very reasonable too. They'll even offer to deliver if they're running late. read more

Excellent laundry service. They collected my laundry and delivered it within the same day. Courteous, professional, and fairly priced! I'm so glad to have found this place. Be aware that it is cash, only. read more

Fantastic. Would never use any other laundry service. Wonderful family owned business that my husband and I have been using for years. They pick up and drop off for free, always sort and wash exactly as requested, remember to use fragrance free detergent for us, and return everything quickly and neatly folded and organized. And it's a great deal. We usually pay about $20 for 1.5-2 weeks worth of dirty clothes. They also always refuse a tip and once or twice we didn't have enough cash (bc they caught us by surprise delivering the clothes back earlier than expected) and they just shrugged it off and told us to pay next time. They are so kind and easy to support. I absolutely love them. read more

Update: we have been using Zhen and Wai Laundry services for a couple years now and could not be happier. So grateful for this wonderful family owned company and the service they provide our family! read more

The best laundromat/dry cleaner place in Jackson Heights, Queens . They are open 7 days a week and open late, so you can go after work. That in itself is amazing, but the staff is incredibly thoughtful and knowledgeable. The clothes always come back perfect, and the store itself is also immaculately clean. They deserve 6 stars. And they have SAME DAY DELIVERY SERVICE. read more

I am one of those reviewers who unfortunately only tends to leave a review when I feel the place or service is either terrible or amazing. In this case I am happy to say this place is the later. I have been using this place for the past 6 months and the clothes are always cleaned with in the day and packaged well. The owners of the place are wonderful people and a pleasure to interact with. I often feel guilty this place does not cost more for the service it offers. read more

So glad I found this local spot. Friendly service and super fast turnaround for wash-and-fold.

Best laundry I tried in New York Very helpful staff and prompt responses Efficient and excellent service read more

The owners here are some of the friendliest, hardest working, nicest people I've met in ages. They are willing to go above and beyond their typical services and usually don't even charge extra. I drop off my laundry here weekly even though it's a bit out of my way because their prices are low and their service is impeccable. read more

They are the most accommodating, pleasant people. No matter what time, they are here. Quick pick up and delivery. ALWAYS pleasant!! They give you back fresh smelling, sorted and folded laundry. The only thing you have to do it put it away.!! LOVE this place!! read more

My new go to place for laundry! Found it this week and we are so happpy we did. Super inexpensive but even if they weren't I think I would still bring my laundry here because they are SO GREAT! Not only are they super friendly but they go above and beyond for customer service. Genuinely kind and hard working people. They actually ask you if you want to bleach the whites and what type of detergent I prefer and if I want fabric softener. A definite first and I appreciated it. When we pulled up today to pick up the laundry, I hadn't even parked the car and she was already running out with my bag so I wouldn't have to go in. I usually only drop off my laundry when I don't have time to get to it but I think I'll be giving them my business from now on. Not just friendly but they do a great job! read more

I've never written a review before but man these people are so nice. 17 Bucks for about 25 pounds of laundry, folded and everything (WTF, right?). Not only that, but I tried tipping them and they refused, they were so happy to have people come in. These people earned my business for the future. read more
