Business owners like this feel free to flaunt the law because the supposed watchdog agencies will do nothing, even when you file a well-documented complaint. Also, if you are a disabled person trying to establish a pattern of behavior, feel free to reach out and I will happily support you by attesting to my similar experience. Thirdly, whether you are a disabled person or not, please consider whether the actions on the part of Family Laundromat reflect your values. If not, consider frequenting a business that does.
