Business owners like this feel free to flaunt the law because the supposed watchdog agencies will do nothing, even when you file a well-documented complaint. Thirdly, whether you are a disabled person or not, please consider whether the actions on the part of Family Laundromat reflect your values. If not, consider frequenting a business that does. Funny how all I wanted was either my pants back or for them to be replaced, but instead I was only offered store credit for a dry cleaner that I won't be using and I suggested you don't either.
