Dryer doors that don't stay shut allowing clean clothes to pop out when cycle ends, and hours are not followed. They no longer accept credit cards complicating service payment with cash only. After picking up my clothes, I immediately received a picture with my clothes weighed and a transparent receipt of how much it cost for my laundry. My laundry was clean and folded the next day. I walked with my wagon to Laundry Bee and I found it very clean. The machines are all working and they have different size washers and dryers to fit all needs. The prices are MUCH higher for the machines than in our apt building. The next time someone complains about that at home I will let them know how cheap it really is. Staff were helpful since I've never been here and assisted me with the card machine. They do a lot of drop off laundry too but not so busy that us do our own have any trouble. Glad to know it's here for next time. And they have a parking lot too if needed.

There is garbage on the floor, and people are literally sorting out their DIRTY laundry IN THE CARTS before putting them in the washers. I went to the girl who has not left her little room by the door and asked if she had anything to clean the carts with. She just pointed to the roll of paper towels. I told her what I was seeing, that people were using the same carts to put their dirty laundry in that you should be using FOR CLEAN CLOTHING. She just shrugged her shoulder as though she can't do anything about it. I asked her well do you have any sort of disinfectant spray so I can use before putting in my clean clothing in this cart?! And she said NO. Which I find very hard to believe. How do you maintain this place clean then? There's also people sitting at the tables eating food like it is a cafeteria. I will not be back again. They do a lot of drop off orders here so machines may be full, but they are quick to grab items out of the machines so you can use them. Staff are helpful, not friendly. If you're looking to build rapport - this isn't the place. No atm, despite being cash only, but there is an atm at the deli across the street. No restrooms either. In the summer, they leave both front and back doors open since there is no air conditioning here. I usually wait in my car but that could be uncomfortable for those without that option. Also, leaving the doors open means all sorts of bugs can fly in and out. My last visit I left with over a dozen mosquito bites on my legs (since I stupidly waited inside for my laundry). Maybe you'll need to bring bug spray :-/

Seeing the good reviews (thanks for them), I started delivery service for my disabled elderly mom…read moreso my sister and I could stop doing her laundry for her since we live very far and many of her neighbors refused to wear masks even at the height of the first wave of the pandemic when there are areas where distancing in her busy laundry room couldn't be achieved. After the high cost of her machines and cost of detergent and OXYclean, the delivery service isn't that much more expensive we have found, and it's so much more convenient and less stressful on our part. New Busy Season does an amazing job on the laundry itself. Her clothes are spotless and perfectly folded and they never seem overdried. And they make pick-up and drop-off a breeze for our mom. We love that they will call to make sure she's home before delivering so she can wait by the intercom since she's hard of hearing and might not hear the buzz otherwise. I don't know if that's standard procedure on their part to call, but the fact that they do in this case is wonderful. She calls them when she is ready for a new pick-up and they tell her what time they will be there, and I think she says it's always promptly. She says the delivery person is always very friendly as well. Just a perfect on-going experience with this great business. We are all so grateful!

If she sees you need help she comes running over. They pick up and deliver. When I park out front she will often come running over to me so I don't forget to put money in the meter. The best thing about this place is they also do dry cleaning. As she goes through your dry cleaning she will tell you if it does not have to be dry cleaned. I respect her honesty. The BEST prices for dry cleaner I have ever come across.
