As for prices it's reasonable, BECAUSE it's Forest Hills, and if people have machines in their building I don't understand why they wouldn't use it in the first place. It's never too crowded in here either, probably because I'm there early morning but I'd continue to give them my business until I move.

After picking up my clothes, I immediately received a picture with my clothes weighed and a transparent receipt of how much it cost for my laundry. My laundry was clean and folded the next day. The staff was also friendly and there was no wait. My entire experience was a smooth which was great. I definitely plan to use this place again!

Tried to do laundry in the evening, attendant was even there and watched us start our load at 9:30 pm. Come back to take it out of the dryer, whole shop is closed. Tried calling the number on the sign only to be told I have a wrong number. Now I am stuck without all my clothes until the morning when I will have to redo them. What a horrible company, never going back thankfully another laundromat worth a damn is down the block

Been sending laundry here for nearly 10 years and have never been disappointed…read more I regularly use them for all my sheets, robes, towels, etc. but if I could afford it, I'd have them do all my laundry, all the time (admittedly, a couple of times a year I do get so incredibly lazy that the laundry piles up and I send like three huge Hefty-sized bags out to Yellowstone). They show up promptly, and when you get your laundry back--also promptly--it smells so good, it's so neatly folded, they separate the clothes by category (they keep pajamas together, pants together, sets of sheets together, etc.), put blouses on hangers, AND they tie up all the separate piles with yellow ribbon. The pickup/delivery guy is a living doll as well.

They do a lot of drop off orders here so machines may be full, but they are quick to grab items out of the machines so you can use them. Staff are helpful, not friendly. If you're looking to build rapport - this isn't the place. No atm, despite being cash only, but there is an atm at the deli across the street. No restrooms either. In the summer, they leave both front and back doors open since there is no air conditioning here. I usually wait in my car but that could be uncomfortable for those without that option. Also, leaving the doors open means all sorts of bugs can fly in and out. My last visit I left with over a dozen mosquito bites on my legs (since I stupidly waited inside for my laundry). Maybe you'll need to bring bug spray :-/

Unfortunately, my recent visit was extremely unpleasant due to the younger woman's behavior. She was the only one working and folding clothes when I arrived. I stood at the counter waiting for assistance, and although she saw me, she didn't greet me or acknowledge me in any way. Eventually, she walked over with a visibly annoyed expression, though I hadn't said anything or expressed frustration about waiting. She asked if I had any sheets in my bags, and when I said yes, she sighed loudly and sucked her teeth. After finding the sheets, she said in a rude tone, "Next time, put the sheet on top of the bag." I said okay, though I was taken aback by her attitude. Then she looked at me and, again in a rude tone, asked, "Aren't you going to help me?" and rolled her eyes. It was uncomfortable and unprofessional. I've never had issues when the man or older woman is working--they're always respectful and pleasant. But the younger woman clearly does not want to be there and should not be in a customer-facing role.
