He is ripe for recruitment by another laundromat with working equipment. The hot water in washers have been turned off, only warmn to lukewarm now. Dryer doors that don't stay shut allowing clean clothes to pop out when cycle ends, and hours are not followed. They no longer accept credit cards complicating service payment with cash only. NOW he told the new lady he will only hire her if she works one week free. He takes advantage of people who are trying to find a way to make a living. ALL of the positive reviews are because of my mother's good relationship with all the customers that come in and she asks them to make a review as the owner pressures her to ask the customers to make a review. Any regular customer that goes to that laundry can vouch that my mother Jacqueline is a hard working woman, the owner is now telling people my mother didn't do her job right, spreading false accusations. I urge everyone to find another laundry to wash clothes in as this new owner Boris doesn't even pay attention to this laundry, takes advantage of his employees by exploiting them and having them provide free labor, has coin and washing machines broken and has the employees fend for themselves when these issues arise. If it wasn't because my mom doesn't live alone she would be out in the street as she would not have any money to pay for rent waiting for this bum owner to pay her.

I walked with my wagon to Laundry Bee and I found it very clean. The machines are all working and they have different size washers and dryers to fit all needs. The prices are MUCH higher for the machines than in our apt building. The next time someone complains about that at home I will let them know how cheap it really is. Staff were helpful since I've never been here and assisted me with the card machine. They do a lot of drop off laundry too but not so busy that us do our own have any trouble. Glad to know it's here for next time. And they have a parking lot too if needed.

Some residents in my building use this laundry every week or two. The owner/manager is organized and pleasant. Yellowstone Laundromat does a great job laundering and also folding and stacking the clothes and linens - making it so easy to transfer to drawers and shelves. So much less stress, especially when there is a lot of linen.

They do a lot of drop off orders here so machines may be full, but they are quick to grab items out of the machines so you can use them. Staff are helpful, not friendly. If you're looking to build rapport - this isn't the place. No atm, despite being cash only, but there is an atm at the deli across the street. No restrooms either. In the summer, they leave both front and back doors open since there is no air conditioning here. I usually wait in my car but that could be uncomfortable for those without that option. Also, leaving the doors open means all sorts of bugs can fly in and out. My last visit I left with over a dozen mosquito bites on my legs (since I stupidly waited inside for my laundry). Maybe you'll need to bring bug spray :-/

Unfortunately, my recent visit was extremely unpleasant due to the younger woman's behavior. She was the only one working and folding clothes when I arrived. I stood at the counter waiting for assistance, and although she saw me, she didn't greet me or acknowledge me in any way. Eventually, she walked over with a visibly annoyed expression, though I hadn't said anything or expressed frustration about waiting. She asked if I had any sheets in my bags, and when I said yes, she sighed loudly and sucked her teeth. After finding the sheets, she said in a rude tone, "Next time, put the sheet on top of the bag." I said okay, though I was taken aback by her attitude. Then she looked at me and, again in a rude tone, asked, "Aren't you going to help me?" and rolled her eyes. It was uncomfortable and unprofessional. I've never had issues when the man or older woman is working--they're always respectful and pleasant. But the younger woman clearly does not want to be there and should not be in a customer-facing role.
