My husband and I used to use one on Covert Ave but their prices were getting so ridiculously expensive. We noticed a huge difference in price at this location and have been coming here ever since. My husband has brought multiple suits here to be hemmed and fitted to him, and they have always done a great job. Recently we brought a large comforter to be dry-cleaned as well as sewn in a few corners that were ripping. It looked good as new! I definitely recommend coming here, especially if you're looking to save a few bucks compared to the other locations in the area. You wont be disappointed!

As I drove home, I realized the back seam hadn't been pinned and when I called, the owner told me Mr. Jesus would know what to do. I wanted to clarify that I didn't want it taken in a uniform amount because then it would be too tight when it reached my hips. She LOST it on me, yelled about it being prom season, she didn't have time for this and I needed to think about if I wanted them to do the work. Then she hung up on me. I called back Monday morning thinking she would have calmed down. Screamed again. I told her to forget it. Oh, and she wanted to charge $75 to take in an elastic waistband on sweatpants that didn't cost close to $75. Never stepping foot in there again. They don't appreciate their customers, are rude, and overpriced. And the last time I had an alteration by Mr. Jesus, it had to be fixed. Don't ask why I even considered going back. Lesson learned.

The street parking was easy and there's a dog park nearby. The customer service was friendly and helpful. I wish they have a price chart for all items but the cashier said they don't and it's based on their experience, which makes no sense. The customers should have the right to know what their items will cost ahead of time. The throw blanket was $45 and the cropped trench jacket was $24.50. Dropped off Wednesday morning and pick up is the following Tuesday afternoon. Pay cash to avoid 3.5% credit card fee. I like how the cashier was honest and told me I can throw my throw blanket in the washing machine due to its material, which I agree 100% but I wanted the furs to be fluffy so opted for dry cleaning.

The problem wasn't the two days, because I had read Mark and his team's reviews online and saw how quick they can turn a dress over. The problem was me. I couldn't physically bring myself to meet with Mark because I was deep in the thick of planning a party for 350 attendees, the same party I needed the dress for. Mark went above and beyond to ensure that I got the alterations I needed by the time I needed it for. He worked with me from the jump. Although not the most ideal situation, we sorted it out so that my friend dropped the dress off for me after which Mark FaceTimed me to discuss in detail what I needed. Mark, being the knowledgeable and experienced tailor he is, was able to take out the dress without me even being there to try it on for him. It fit PERFECTLY. The cherry on top was that he even personally delivered the dress to my house knowing how stressed and busy I was with party planning. Mark is a class act. Can not say enough good things about him. If you need alterations done, go with Mark. That is all I have to say haha
