Truly one of the best tailors I have ever used! My dress had a very intricate and specific structure and needed about a foot of material taken in from it. I purchased the dress in a medium when I really needed an extra small. The tailor did a phenomenal job while keeping the integrity and original design of the dress. They did me a last minute favor and came in for a few hours this Labor Day weekend when they were scheduled to close to correct a hem on my dress that was terribly done at a different place. 1. Poor service. 2. Quality of work is inconsistent. Sometimes OK, sometimes NOT. 2. They DO NOT give the customer a copy of the ticket, (that describes what items you left with them), EVER, unless requested by the customer! That's CRAZY! They only give you the credit card receipt. So, if there is a dispute over the number of items they delivered to you, you have NO PROOF of the number of items that you dropped off. Kelly, while initially seemingly nice, has a very poor command of the english language, which makes communication with her a constant issue. Recently, I left 7 items with them, four for cleaning, three for tailoring. Of course, NO TICKET was given to my wife! The husband then delivered the 3 tailoring item ONLY. When I told him the delivery was "short" by four items, he became VERY hostile, and walked away while I was "mid-sentance" trying to make him understand. Generally, I have found HIM to be very aggressive and at times down right NASTY! I had high hopes for this place, but now they are DEAD TO ME! Buyer beware, they do NOT "have their act together". Very "1970's Moma-Papa mentality/attitude. They act like they are doing you a favor by taking your garments. Also, they CHAGRE a fee for paying by credit card! This really irritates me, as providing credit card payment services to your customers is "a cost of doing business", and should NOT be passed on to the customer. OVERALL - dealing with this (couple) is often an irritating, frustrating experience. I never leave yelp reviews but I feel compelled to leave one with pictures because of how bad their sewing job was. My suit pants had a tiny hole in the calf area maybe .75 of an inch wide. Attached are pics of how they fixed my $200 pants. Basically, they assumed that I would be okay with them taking a sewing machine to my suit trousers, as seen in the pictures, as opposed to hand sewing. However, although my pants are permanently scarred, I'm revising my review slightly upwards because they've been very responsive to my complaint and it's very clear they're good people who are working hard to make a living, and that this was a very unfortunate instance of miscommunication. After my complaint, they also showed me a sample they created where they will show future customers what kind of stitching they want for their clothes, so that they can avoid situations like this in the future. read more

Baybridge Cleaners is owned by two great people - Kelli and Rodger. They are number 1 in both service and interpersonal relations. Whenever you enter their store you are greeted by name with a friendly "hello." Kelli is an excellent tailor!! She has done many jobs for me and never fails to amaze with her great skill. Rodger is always friendly and makes sure I can carry my clothes to my car safely. But the best quality of these people is their willingness to help in a pinch. A few weeks ago I had an important engagement to attend in NYC. I though I had prepared my my clothes in advance and was ready to go until it was time to get dressed. When i put on my pants I noticed that they were full of tiny moth holes and couldn't be worn. I grabbed another pair of pants from my closet and discovered that they were too tight in the waist. I quickly drove over to Baybridge Cleaners and explained my problem to Kelli. She said give me an hour and I'll fix them for you. Well she did and the pants fit great.
