Rude attendants who don't stop people from throwing your clothes on the floor...even when you still have time on your dryer. The last straw for me (although I sadly will keep going there because it's so close) that caused me to write this review was when I asked if there would be any way that I could pay for them to dry and fold my clothes because I had to take my daughter to the ER and the girl first acted like she couldn't understand me and then yelled at me that they didn't do that and to go away. I would have gladly paid the price for complete washing, drying and folding but she was just so rude and unhelpful. And they never have the same hours...I've gotten locked out in the evening at like 9 PM even though they were supposed to be a 24 hour place and then again at like 8 PM after they changed their hours to not 24 hours. Why do I torture myself? Because the other laundromats within walking distance are usually even more crowded or are much more expensive.

The owners are pleasant, and they do a fine job of cleaning our clothes. However, they do not accurately predict how long cleaning will take. Each time we dropped clothes they gave a pick-up date, and then don't have clothes ready by that date. They also don't call customers to say that their clothes are delayed -- you have to go in person, hear that your clothes aren't ready, come back in 3 days... and then you come back, and are told it'll be another 3 days... In the case of my wedding dress, they said it would be ready in 4 weeks from drop-off; after 4 weeks, we checked in at least twice a week (in person) and it wasn't ready for another 4 weeks. 8 weeks would have been a fine time to wait had we known that from the start -- but it's frustrating that they (a) don't give accurate wait times, and (b) don't call you when there are delays. For that reason, we won't be returning to Hi-Style-- just too annoying to manage errands around that. Unfortunate: the people were always nice!

I have not had any issues at all with any of the machines, and the attendants are warm, friendly and helpful. They also use a laundry card system which is great and the system also offers bonuses depending on how much $ you put on the card. Another plus for me is that they open at 6 a.m.!!!
