At first, several employees told me the manager had access to the footage, but when I followed up, I was suddenly told only the owner could view it -- and no one was willing to take any further steps to assist. I understand there may be policies in place, but the inconsistent information and complete lack of concern left a really bad impression. It honestly raises questions -- what are they trying to hide? The refusal to even check the cameras doesn't look good and gives the impression that they're not interested in helping their customers when something serious happens.

The best part about RMA (at least that's what it says on the outside) Super Laundromat is that it's…read morehuge. Clocking in at 50-100% bigger than your standard sized laundromat, you never ever have to worry about all of your desired-sized machines being occupied, even during peak times. But if you do like going during off-peak times, this place has you covered (10pm last wash, 12am close). It's also within a reasonable distance of other places (Dunkin' Donuts, so many halal places, pizza, C-Town, barber, etc.) if you want to run some errands during your laundry downtime. The owners are also very responsive if you ever need any help. Machine prices are reasonable, although I do grumble about the owners recently changing the dryer time from 10 to 8 minutes per quarter. Aside from a having a lounge area (because why not when you have such a huge place), the establishment has no bells or whistles - the machines are a bit on the older side and once in a while have trouble staying closed (but the staff is helpful when this happens), the place has a generic (i.e., slightly depressing) vibe, and I'm convinced the bathroom will be out of order for eternity. It's basically the opposite of The Lost Sock, which unfortunately is now too far from me. But hey, if RMA/FMA is within reasonable distance of you it's worth going to, especially during very busy and very late times of the day.

Do NOT go here if you want wash and fold. They don't actually care about the folding part and your…read moreclothes will be wrinkled. I tried the wash and fold service before and had the clothes folded poorly with the same outcome. I figured it might be a one-off the first time. Went again and said the same thing. Both times I refolded the clothes myself to salvage what wrinkled messes I could. I tried to speak to the owners about it on the phone as I don't like to leave reviews without attempting to have a conversation about it to see what can be resolved. The owner said they are too busy to fold well and that I would need to pay for pressing or dry cleaning. She also said no one else has complained and implied it is only me. Now, I'm a guy who is probably about as great at folding as the next guy, but even I could tell these were just quickly rolled/folded together that they probably would have looked the same if just kept in the bar after drying. I'm just so confused by the owner too. She kept bringing up unrelated things like the costs. I have no problem paying extra if needed. She was mentioning other things rather than what I was calling about. I simply paid for the wash and fold service and know clearly understand this place is not the place to go. They are just ok if you need a place to go to do your own laundry like I usually do, but owners (both the husband and wife) have a way of making you feel in their way every time you are there. The last time I was there the guy was yelling at a Spanish speaking woman who didn't speak English and she didn't know what she was doing wrong. They just are not warm or friendly. If you can go someplace else, just do it. There is indeed a line between being unfriendly and rude and I think they are just use to crossing it. I don't know. So confused by this place. I should have read the other reviews beforehand and can see I'm not the only one who's seen the behavior of the two owners.

I'm not sure what it's like at peak hours. Basically this place is always busy - machines are ran all day long for their wash and fold service. There are a few options for laundry $2.50, 4.50 and 5.50 depending on the size of loads. I live alone and have an active lifestyle and always seem to get enough laundry for the 4.50 machine. Dryers are a quarter for 7 mins I believe. Staff is always busy. There is one lady who can speak English and she always makes my experience enjoyable. The rest won't really talk to you as they are running the operations but that one lady will make sure you have everything you need. My first time she told me how much time my dryer needed.
