So it was a bit overwhelming to find out there's different size loads for different prices. One thing that I was disappointed in, was one of the large washers were out of service and there aren't that many large washers to begin with. I must admit the staff was SUPER helpful. The lady helped me with purchasing a new laundry card (I LOVE that they do a laundry card and not silly quarters). The gentleman later helped with explaining to me about their washing and folding services. I believe it was anything less than 10 lbs was $10. Anything more than 10 lbs, is $1/lb. So it took a little getting used to. Having to buy the laundry card, trying to figure out what size load I would need (tried medium at first but it didn't all fit so had to switch to large), and then figuring out the dryer machine (apparently it's $0.25/8 minutes). If you want a longer time with the dryer, you have to remove and re-insert the card (which will add another 8 minutes) and continue taking in and out until your desired time. The lady recommended 40 mins for a regular dryer load.

Where you admit to that. Let's be real. No one cares that much about yelp. Just run your business, maybe don't be so defensive and stop fighting with customers online! It's not a good look. Which looks like something pretty gross if you know what I mean. Probably laundry soap but it is difficult to rinse off. Lately our "clean" laundry has been questionably so. My husbands tshirts still smell like his deodorant and me leggings were covered in hair that was not ours. Ick! In a pinch it'll do but avoid if you can.
