That clean laundry smell lasts weeks! They are clean and precise in following your specific directions. So sad they are closed during this pandemic, but I get it. We already knew they were good but that was more pronounced when they closed and we had to go elsewhere. Open back up! My husband and I want clean clothes Update: they're back open, and it seems their prices have increased only slightly (as it did basically everywhere to cover the major loss of funds), but no complaints there as it wasn't an astronomical difference. Still our go-to laundry place Updated Update (8/9/20): Uh-oh ..it seems their quality has gone down even with the price increase. Our clothes and sheets have been returned with stains that have easily come out with a quick soak by hand on the last couple of batches. What's quite unfortunate is the fresh laundry smell has been long gone even at pick-up. Sadly, COVID and related closures have had quite the impact on many businesses, and this one is no exception. read more

I love this place. I actually found it because my old one took 2 months off from delivering. They always come within the selected times, the laundry smells amazing and is super clean (they even caught a few stains I forgot to identify). It's folded perfectly. It's also super affordable and the staff is so sweet, they call to give you the total and keep you updated on the status. Overall, even when my old company comes back, I'll keep using this place. I will never patronize this business again and advise others not to as well. I noticed this laundromat after visiting the Dunkin Donuts across the street. There aren't many laundromats in that neighborhood and I was shocked to see it there. With so many homeowners, who would utilize it was my thoughts. I get to the laundromat at 5p and notice that there is a sign on the door that says last wash at 5:30p. Since I am there at 5p, surely that is not a problem. As I walked in, the first thing that caught my eye is, it is extremely junky. There are bags of clothing EVERYWHERE. On top of the washers, under the lower dryer doors, under the folding tables, in the back of the store, EVERWHERE. There is a lot of stuff, EVERYWHERE. I wash my clothing and put it in the dryer to dry. As the dryers stopped, I was there to remove the clothing and begin folding. As I'm folding, not sure what time it is but, the gates for the laundromat are going down. I didn't mind that because I'm thinking they noticed that I did not have much more to fold and they would be locking the door after I left. The most appalling thing I have ever experienced then happened. I'm assuming it's the owner, says to me, I'm sorry we're closing. It was as though someone had dumped a bucket of ice on me I was in such a state of shock. I have never, and I do not use laundromats often as I have my own washer and dryer but, due to a month-long stay in the state where I own 2 successful restaurants, I had a lot of clothes and needed to use more than one washer and dryer to do the job quickly, ever heard anyone say that to customers. I said to her well, can't we finish folding the clothes we're folding and she said, no, I'm sorry. Sis, that's all you needed to say. Once you say something, make a decision as a business owner, say it with your chest and stand firm on it. I kindly packed the few items of clothing I had left to fold in my laundry bags and was heading out of her establishment. She then said you can finish, I said no, it's ok because that's what I mean. We must be careful how we run a business because the very people we say these things to are the very people we need to spend their money in our establishments. She should be embarrassed and punching the air after making such an ignorant and insensitive statement as she has. She does not need to worry, I will never, ever set foot in her laundromat again and will make sure anyone connected to me doesn't as well. Part of being a business owner is accommodating to people that are spending money in your establishment. Last wash was at 5:30p, here's a suggestion, make a sign that states, last wash at 5:30p, and clothing must be dried and out by 7p. I have already started spreading the word on this because I was in a state of shock about the statement. I have been sending my laundry to this establishment for almost a year. although there are other places closer to me, I find outstanding service with 'WASH AND GO'. Their door to door pickup and delivery service is excellent for someone in my condition. They picked up the laundry right on time. I requested it be dropped back off two days later but unfortunately they called and said they had no one to deliver at that time. They asked if they could deliver it the next morning. They were very nice and other than not getting the clothes back on time everything went smoothly. Everything was clean, smelled good, folded nicely and separated. The one thing I did notice afterwards is that they charged me $8 because I told him that I had already separated the laundry. I thought that that would make things easier? Other than that, I will use them again when needed. read more

I've been using spring fresh for about four months now, Yuri is great! Always quick and on time. Sometimes loads can be finished in a day. The staff is pretty mindful about things that needs to machine washed and hung dry. Highly recommend! Very good service, at a great price! I was in the delivery and pick up radius, but if you're close by they will try and accommodate you. Best laundry service in this area. Go for it. read more

Bless this place. I recently had a trip and I ended up coming back with more clothes than I thought I would. Normally I would go do my own laundry but, due to my schedule it wasn't possible. I've used their service before and had a great experience but this time it was different. I placed my order, had it picked up that night, and set to be dropped off two days later. Due to a schedule change I called delivery.com to change my drop off time earlier in the day than my original time. Delivery.com service says they'll let Wash & Go know and that it'll be delivered at the new time I asked for. Two days later comes around and my laundry isn't delivered. I get a call from Wash & Go and they tell me that they never got a notification and that they could deliver it my next available time which was another two days. They apologized profusely and promised it would get to me. I said it was okay and that it wasn't their fault but yelp and delivery.com. Now it is they day I'm supposed to receive my laundry. I get a notification that for that some reason my payment was declined despite having sufficient funds and I wouldn't receive my laundry until I fixed the payment. I spent an hour on the phone going between Wash & Go, delivery.com, and yelp to figure out what went wrong. Many phone calls later I was able to pay. Not only maybe 15 minutes after I figure it out, I get my laundry. Despite the very hectic experience Wash & Go made it better. So my overall experience was a bit frustrating but I still would use their service. Tip: if you want to change your drop off time call Wash & Go not delivery.com. read more

When we last left off, Spring Fresh Laundromat had shown me that they didn't want any new business. If you read my original review, you'll see that I had scheduled a pickup online, but they never picked up. I knew I was taking a chance because I submitted my request just a half hour before the time I wanted it picked up. They did not arrive, which I figured; however, they had my e-mail address AND my telephone number, but never bothered to contact me. So I took my business elsewhere. A year later, Spring Fresh got new owners, changed their name to Wash and Go, and contacted me via Yelp Mail. They saw my review and asked me to give them another chance. As it happened, I was dissatisfied with the service I was getting from "ZZZ," the place I took my business to. For one thing, ZZZ didn't always come when they said they would. In one case I almost had to cancel a doctor's appointment because ZZZ failed to keep their schedule! So when Wash and Go reached out to me I was receptive. One of my requirements is that I need a place that delivers at night. According to Wash and Go's online FAQ, "We deliver back to you up to 5:30 pm, depending on your location." Too early for me. They explained in an e-mail that most of their customers want same day delivery, but if I didn't have a problem with next day delivery, they didn't have any problem with the evening pickup and delivery. So I gave them a try, and I'm glad I did - their prices are more reasonable than ZZZ, and they've given me good service. So far they've been able to work around my schedule, just as I work around theirs (they're closed on Wednesdays). One suggestion: if Wash and Go is willing to offer evening pickup and delivery, they should mention that on their site. Some potential customers are going to see the "We deliver back to you up to 5:30 pm" reference, think that's a hard and fast rule, and go somewhere else. Spring Fresh Laundromat did not want any new business. Wash and Go does. And so far, they've earned mine. read more

I wasn't 100% satisfied. However, I'm not going to give up on them, yet. I had my clothes picked up on a Saturday and was told I had to get delivery on Tuesday. Cool. Tuesday morning, I get a phone call with the details and price and if I wanted delivery that evening or another day. This is where I needed transparency. When I asked what the time frame would be if I got it delivered on Tuesday it was said "really late, like 8-11pm". So I said okay. However, they needed more time to complete the wash and should have stated they needed another day. My clothes were delivered around 8pm, they were dry for the most part with the exception of the garment bags that contained the underwear. One bag was ripped down the middle and some of the underwear were taken out and dried while others were left in the ripped bag. The other was still damp and smelled of mold as if it was left somewhere after being washed. The damp garment bag was placed in between dry folded clothes inside of a laundry bag which leads me to believe whomever did the wash/fold knew of the problems and didn't bother to address it. The rest of the clothes were washed, dried and folded. While there were some things wrong I can say what was done right was done right, well enough that I may use them again, maybe a smaller load next time. read more

I would always pass by Wash & Go, thinking it was closed. However, one day, I had an emergency situation with my laundry and I needed a quick place nearby. Wash & Go to the rescue! Britney was so warm and welcoming, informing me that Wash & Go is under new management and changes were being made. My first drop off was so quick; picked it up the same day! Mario is also very accommodating; fulfilling every request my clothes needed. I just love how neat my clothes are folded. Oh and let me tell you about the smell! Omg even after a week my clothes still smell so good in my closet. I don't know what soap they use but it is AMAZING! I highly recommend Wash & Go! read more

Im really disappointed with this service. About a month ago I sent a bunch of my friends' clothing to be washed and returned to them. A few days later after everything was ready I picked it up and dropped it off at my friends house who was on vacation. Upon having returned from vacation this weekend and examining the clothing there was a hole in a pair of pants, an obvious coffee stain on a shirt, red stains all over a dress and a few other items that were ruined. This really blows my mind considering NONE of this stuff was in this condition when I dropped it off and now it's destroyed. I paid $50 for this service only to have expensive clothing ruined. My business had weekly pick up from them. We had a standing pickup/drop off time scheduled, but if there any issues (opening late, snow, holiday), they were always accommodating and helped us out. Not sure what the rate was, but we always had 2 bags of hand towels and it cost us around $25. Definitely would recommend! read more

The first time I used them - they were fantastic. The second time I gave them half as much laundry and it was twice as expensive. I questioned and he got mad and said it was because of the first time use discount. That was only 10% so it didn't make sense. I looked up the pricing and told him what it should be based on how many pounds it was. He got hostile and I just took the loss. My friend convinced me to try one more time. I did and it all happened again. This time he yells "just use someone else next time." Complete jerk and dishonest. The laundry was done well. Hence the second and third chances. But the dishonesty, over-charging, and rudeness means I'll never go back. read more
