Before moving in, Jason's crew upgraded the panel, rewired…read moresome appliances, added a ton of high hats and fixures where no prior wires existed in the ceilings, etc... we were very pleased! Every single one of Jason's crew members, as well as Jason's, were respectful and kind.... just decent people... every one. The damage left was minimal and way less than we expected. When does that ever happen? It was a pleasure doing business with them and we will 1000% call them for future electrical work. PS we spoke to or met with over a dozen electricians and Jason checked every box.... the only one who did.

Paid about 200 dollars to have one of their techs come out and they said the system was fine and I might need another unit to pick up the slack, but the tech said he's not as experienced and that someone else would have to come and look. Seemed like an excuse to charge me an extra 200 dollars, but I said sure, having just moved and wanting to get this resolved. When I asked if they would schedule me, or if I had to make an appointment, the service kid said he didn't know. They never reached out and I decided this was the last time I was going to deal with them. All in all, they really weren't helpful and I feel like they never really made an attempt to resolve my issue. I'd look elsewhere if you're looking for service. Spoke to my neighbor and he had a similar experience. It seems like they've fallen off over the years, from what I'm hearing.

He was described to me as a "straight-shooter" - and I found this to be a spot-on description. On my initial call Peter was able to guess-timate my needs (I also wanted installation of an emergency generator for the home) and what it would approximately cost for equipment and labor. If I was comfortable with proceeding he would come out to inspect the property and provide me a more detailed recommendation. He did not waste anytime and showed up as promised. After evaluating the gas and electrical setup in the house he provided me with a written estimate and directed me where to purchase the necessary generator (walked me through it). He explained the process from start to finish and was always available for questions and concerns. On the day of install his team arrived on time, very courteous and cleaned up after themselves. He worked well with the plumber (I guess he had to..it was his brother! also a true professional and gem to work with!). At the end of the job payment was exactly as estimated and time to complete on schedule. He even referred me to a service to ensure properly scheduled maintenance. Bottom line- I was impressed with his professionalism and will no doubt be contracting him for future electrical work.

What I appreciate was that Mike went out of his way to look for an opening (after initally telling me that I would have to wait a few weeks for an appointment as they were booked solid.) When something opened up today, he called me and voila! Chris and Clyde showed up and did the work.

Robert left my in-laws property a fire hazard waiting to happen. After causing a mess and only…read morehalfway doing his job, he proceeded to ask for additional payment to then close up what he had done. When having a second electrician come review and finish his work it was found that the state that the electrical system was left in would have caused at minimum a surge to the whole system causing several breakers to shut off and the possibility to start an electrical fire had anything been plugged into the unfinished work he left. I can only imaging what other elderly he has ripped off or left in a dangerous situation. I would not recommend this service provider to anyone with a complex issue. Will be filing a formal complaint with the licensing board of Suffolk.
