I had a outdoor lights damaged by Tropical Storm Isiasis. I tried repairing myself but when I determined I needed a professional, I came to Yelp to find an electrician. I found Ben who has received great reviews by others. Ben was very fast to respond, provided estimates right away and assisted in helping me purchase the replacement fixtures myself for him to then install. On the day he came, he was prompt and even texted to let me know he was on his way - many contractors do not even show up, not letting you know they are not showing up! Frustrating!!! Ben came out on a Sunday in a very reasonable time. I only reviewed him through Yelp. Our initial phone conversation was very positive. I explained my electrical needs as I needed constant power to my garage flood light for my new Ring Floodlight Cam and it was on a timer with my porch light. He had a plan from over the phone. Arrived in good time, diagnosed the issue and solved it on the spot within 45 minutes with a proper Covid mask as well. You could tell he was a Pro just by the way he worked. He makes it look easy. Hired Certified to install 20 high-pass. He did an amazing job and as he promised, made very minimal holes for my painter to repair. When he was done he cleaned up both rooms and vacuumed for us. Set up an appointment and came when he said he was coming. Setup the start date with in a week because I was pressed for time and he was able to accommodate our schedule.
