We pay after. Another time I had them simply stamp everything for "today's" date and then mail it out but instead of using the address to ConEd on the front they mailed it back to the sender via our return label on the back of the envelope. They didn't even try to send it to the recipient. I'd post pics but for the privacy of our company and recipients, I chose not to. Horrible customer service. I recommend any other post office on Long Island. The only thing worth it here is the beautiful artwork on the ceilings, friezes, and the old architecture. Happy posts!

I went in and asked them if they had a hand truck I could borrow? The answer was no. I asked if anyone could help me get it out of my car? The answer was no. Unfriendly man said I could park on the side of the building (compromise!) and bring it in that way. I thanked him profusely and while I was leaving he shouted at me, "BUT JUST THIS ONCE! ONLY THIS ONE TIME!" Ohmygosh, thanks for that amazing customer service. Don't worry I won't come back with anything heavy! I should have just went to a freestanding Fed Ex, they are so much more helpful.
