First, they send back my envelope saying I need 63 cents, so I put 2 stamps on the envelope and sent it out again. Then a day later I get my envelope back and they say I need an additional $1.43! They take the hassle out of the trip here. Recently I had to have my mail held when our building box key was broken. They were kind enough to explain the process of having mail held and it was less of a headache. When I miss a package they always have it here and I don't have to play Clue to pick up my parcels. The staff tries their very best to have the lines move quickly and I appreciate that. The each are always kind and friendly. This is definitely my favorite post office. Lines can get long after 1:00 p.m. so be smart. Visit during opening for a good experience.

She's…read morehigh-functioning autistic and her mom and I try to teach her how to be self-sufficient and eventually independent. Anyway, I sent her in by herself and told her to ask for assistance if needed. Well...the clerk was rude and bullying. He dressed her down in front of the other customers. People like this don't realize the harm they do to when they lash out at people with special needs. He should be stuffed into a back office and not be allowed to deal with the general public. When I went inside to check on her, he kind of sort of offered a lame apology. But it will be a bit more difficult for her, confidence-wise, the next time. Thanks, dude.
