I went in and asked them if they had a hand truck I could borrow? The answer was no. I asked if anyone could help me get it out of my car? The answer was no. Unfriendly man said I could park on the side of the building (compromise!) and bring it in that way. I thanked him profusely and while I was leaving he shouted at me, "BUT JUST THIS ONCE! ONLY THIS ONE TIME!" Ohmygosh, thanks for that amazing customer service. Don't worry I won't come back with anything heavy! I should have just went to a freestanding Fed Ex, they are so much more helpful.

We worked with Rafael (i believe) and he helped us for over an hour and over two days emailing, chatting and just keeping the good vibes going as we delt with this annoying task. He was helpful, kind and patient. This wasn't even an expensive print job but we had the best quality. I am planning on doing all of my wedding stationary with this location and am super greatful that they could help us with a last minute print job distaster.

We pay after. Another time I had them simply stamp everything for "today's" date and then mail it out but instead of using the address to ConEd on the front they mailed it back to the sender via our return label on the back of the envelope. They didn't even try to send it to the recipient. I'd post pics but for the privacy of our company and recipients, I chose not to. Horrible customer service. I recommend any other post office on Long Island. The only thing worth it here is the beautiful artwork on the ceilings, friezes, and the old architecture. Happy posts!

Moved here summer of '23, found a local drop off spot, was happy I did at first…read more After about a few visits I noticed that I wasn't welcomed there, the Indian lady in the front that looks like a witch with very messy hair is not very welcoming to say the least. She's very abrupt and very rude at times, basically makes you feel belittled. With every move and gesture she makes it a huge favor to you that she's assisting you. I stopped going there because I couldn't take the attitude and the feeling that I'm being done a HUGE favor with her there. Very uneasy place to be in. Found another local spot where people greet you with a smile and are very attentive ! Oh and btw, they also say "thank you" and "have a good day" when you leave !!
