However, with this visit, I have to say Fix Me Now hit it out of the park. First off, over the phone, they quoted me a price that was much lower thank the competition in Commack. Secondly, when I went in, they found me in their system as having been a repeat customer. Finally, after the work was done to perfection (after about an hour's wait), the phone worked great, the charging port was like new, and they even knocked off $5 off the quoted price for being a repeat customer. Phone is now fully operational thanks to this establishment and given the quality and level of service I received, I'm moving my rating to five stars!

After giving them 4 hours to fix my phone I came to find I had a totally new LCD screen cause my back light was blue when it was once white. When I asked them if they only changed the glass they said yes so I left. Within a few hours notice I couldn't click on the bottom right of my screen so it was nearly in possible to send messages or hit enter but I made due. A week later I dropped my phone from a super short distance (with a platinum case which never broke before) and my screen completely shattered. I found out after doing research that they didn't glue the phone correctly and because of the horrible job they did the glass just shattered and feel out. After I called to see if they can fix this mess up, and hoe they didn't glue the glass correctly on the phone, he went on to say I was making assumptions and hoe their insurance doesn't cover physical damage. Its because of there shitty hardware they put on my phone is why it's broken to begin with. I'm not trying to pay another 150 dollars on fixing my screen that lasted a week because of youe horrible handy work. Horrible customer service, horrible company. I will make sure to tell everyone of my bad experience here!

When I called Kevin at Red Hot, he wasn't sure if he had a replacement in stock and would call me back. He called me back within 15 minutes and said he has one in stock, but the color was not the same. I really needed my phone, so I didn't care about the color. He also explained that I could not get OEM because my phone is so old. No one else told me that. He told me to come down and within 30 minutes he was done. I was so happy, iI went home and put on a new scree protector. It wasn't until the next day that I noticed that I wasn't able to type "e or 3". I downloaded a screen tester and found a dead spot. The next day I noticed that ghe volume up button was not working, another defective part. What are the chances? Within minutes he took some part of the defective screen piece and put it on the new one. Now it's working great!

If you need excellent cell phone repair done right and not ripping you off look no further!!!…read moreT.J. Cell Phone Repair is the creme de la creme of cell phone stores. Not only do they repair what they sell but they offer cell plans and other options & devices too. I went in as my Motorola died the screen went black and it looked like the battery oozed and old water damage to my phone as well so this was a seemingly hopeless cause as I literally had 11 gigabytes of photos and videos of my Momma who had just passed all in that phone and no way to get them out. I was distraught to say the least but knew I had come to this same store about 8 months back and they had replaced my cracked screen in under a half hour and for under a hundred bucks too. This was incredible as I had tried other stores shopping around and all wanted double or triple and told me it would take days. Not T.J. Cell Phone Repair they are superb and aim to please. They are willing to take on problems that others could NEVER FIX!! Anyways that leads me to today's dilemma I had a new phone and had whatever photos that were in my memory card that was full, however about 11 gigabytes of my family our vacations and trips partys etc and most importantly the last year of My Mommas life which I had so many pictures of her and I and various other family members. These were priceless to me but how can I get them into my new cell with a screen that's black so you can't give the command to share to another phone. TJ and his partner tried again and again to get my screen up and running even with the inside computer system slowly dying due to the water damage and battery acid leaking. Where others would have given up and said sorry buddy we don't have the time (as they are a business)they both made it a point to retrieve my Mom's pictures for me as I explained it all to them and they empathized with me completely. Long story short they managed re-hooking up the screen though you could barely see what was on it and then had these super bright lamps shine on the screen as they could barely make out what button for each file they had to send to a new memory card they put in my old phone. After an arduous few hours they had recovered all 11 gigabytes of precious memories and then when I came in they put that memory card in my phone and transfered ALL MY PRECIOUS PICTURES to my new phone and I can't thank them enough. THAT WAS A MIRACLE FOR ME!!! I now have a new phone with plenty of memory space and ALL my old photos and am one happy camper. If you've read through all this you can see this is a store unlike no other. TJ Cell Phone Repair really cares about their customers and "bends over backward" to accommodate them. I highly recommend five stars rating off the charts as they have proven themselves again and again to me and they will do right by you too!!!

They have always been friendly, polite, and very professional. They also gave me a lifetime guarantee on any work they did or any phone I bought!!! I don't know any other business that will do that for their customers!!! I have referred at least 10 other people to go there with any cell phone problems, and every one who went there was very happy with their service. It is rare to find this high-quality service and people these days. One personal experience I won't forget was a day I came in with a phone that had suddenly stopped charging. It was a busy afternoon, and Eric looked like he was trying to help a thousand people at once--okay, maybe just six, but still. Phones were ringing, customers had questions, and you could tell the day was hectic. But somehow, he still made time for me like I was the only person in the room. He didn't rush, didn't cut corners--just calmly took care of it and explained everything as he went. He figured out it was just a dirty charging port and fixed it on the spot. No charge, no pressure--just "you're good to go." Honestly, it could've been a chance to sell me something or tack on a service fee, but that's not how they operate. It's the kind of place where you feel like they genuinely want to help, not just make a sale. That's the thing with Odyssey. They're busy, sure, but they never make you feel like a burden. It's rare to walk into a store and feel like someone's actually on your side, but that's how it is here. I don't usually leave reviews, but these guys have earned it. If you need anything phone-related, give them a shot. They've more than earned my business--and my trust.
