The manager hid in the back like a coward and made the counter person tell me that they aren't accepting the warranty because of these deep scratches in the screen but otherwise the warranty would have been covered because they don't think Google would accept it. The phone still worked so I figured I could get away with it but upon further reading I learned that this could damage the phone even more. As a result I called around to the local four and five star rated iPhone screen repair shops. Many were priced quite high, did not have a white frame in stock, or required an appointment and then a 45 minute to 1 hour wait. Fortunately I found E-Tech. The woman who answered the phone was friendly and professional. She told me that I did not need an appointment, they have the white frame in stock, and their price was much more reasonable than the competitors. Additionally, my wait was much shorter than the other companies. When I came to pick up my repaired screen I was impressed by how beautiful it looked (again). They also gave me a complementary tempered glass screen protector. (free with Yelp Check In) They also informed me that the screen had a warranty should there be anything problematic with it.
