The rep was very professional and cordial. The rep attempted to get my phone up and running, I was told that the mother board in my phone was corrupt. I do recall downloading an app call Eat Around Town. After a day, I noticed that my phone was acting up. I am not saying that the app corrupted my phone but at the same time, I am not counting it out. While I was there for about one and a half hour with no positive results, I was informed about every step and process that they took with a final word of "I need a new phone." At least everyone in uBreakiFix was getting along with each other and the representative control the crowd with laughter and stories. It made for a less stressful situation.
