I cracked my new iPhone 8 screen a month after I purchased it. This was the first time I ever had a…read morecracked iPhone screen. The phone still worked so I figured I could get away with it but upon further reading I learned that this could damage the phone even more. As a result I called around to the local four and five star rated iPhone screen repair shops. Many were priced quite high, did not have a white frame in stock, or required an appointment and then a 45 minute to 1 hour wait. Fortunately I found E-Tech. The woman who answered the phone was friendly and professional. She told me that I did not need an appointment, they have the white frame in stock, and their price was much more reasonable than the competitors. Additionally, my wait was much shorter than the other companies. When I came to pick up my repaired screen I was impressed by how beautiful it looked (again). They also gave me a complementary tempered glass screen protector. (free with Yelp Check In) They also informed me that the screen had a warranty should there be anything problematic with it. I am glad I found E-Tech. I hope nothing ever happens to my phone again but if it does I will come back here

He didn't even get the phone working and told my fiancé to call boost himself to be able to make phone calls. I decided to call cooperate and they said this is not the usual policy. The girl on the phone asked her supervisor about this and it turns out franchises can charge as they please. I would suggest calling before coming here for anything. Don't get me started with them telling me they have a bathroom but "NOT FOR THE PUBLIC." They treat customers like dirt and they blame you and threaten you for showing passion in ill treatment. I knew it was expensive but still said yes because my daughter was having a hard time using her iPad. As he's about to fix my iPad another customer comes and he asks me can I just show her the iPhone covers on the other side because I will have to clean your iPad and put the cover on which takes time. I said sure np. After five minutes of him showing the other customer (which came after me) iPhone covers, I look over and he's literally doing the same thing for that customer that he was supposed to be doing for my iPad ( putting a screen protector on). Good customer service would be - ok let me handle the previous customer first. I will be right with you. I still waited. After he was finished - he started getting personal calls on his cell which he was busy looking at. I just left. I can't deal with unprofessionalism and stupidity.
