Brought my pristine Pixel 9 Pro XL here for a vertical green line running from the bottom to the top of the screen. This is the exact qualifying symptom under Google's 3-year Extended screen display Repair Program. The policy clearly states the free screen replacement is only voided if the display is cracked, the cover glass is damaged, or there is liquid intrusion. My phone was fully functional with zero issues, no glass damage, and had none of the damage specified by Google. Despite this, the staff took my phone to the back and claimed "minor display screen dings and scratches" not visible to the human eye, to deny the free repair--the exact same scripted excuse they gave another customer with a perfect Samsung phone standing right next to me.They systematically deny valid manufacturer warranties just to trick you into paying out-of-pocket fees. I walked out, contacted Google, and they recommended the next closest store so I went there 3 days later to the Garden City uBreakiFix location instead.They fixed my phone under warranty for FREE in under 2 hours with zero hassle--no questions asked or advance warnings given. Just examined the phone and proceeded with repairs. I would never recommend uBreakiFix Bethpage to family & friends. Hopefully they change their tactics and become honest in their dealings. It was a waste of time and a wasted trip; I should have looked up their reviews first. I did a Google search & decided to give this place a call- Vijay ordered the Samsung lens for me and 2 days later, I drove 30 mins. here & got it fixed for a very reasonable price. He was a cool guy- always responsive, friendly and it took him less than 15 minutes to replace the lens. Highly recommend I Fix for all your tech repair needs *call first*. The phone still worked so I figured I could get away with it but upon further reading I learned that this could damage the phone even more. As a result I called around to the local four and five star rated iPhone screen repair shops. Many were priced quite high, did not have a white frame in stock, or required an appointment and then a 45 minute to 1 hour wait. Fortunately I found E-Tech. The woman who answered the phone was friendly and professional. She told me that I did not need an appointment, they have the white frame in stock, and their price was much more reasonable than the competitors. Additionally, my wait was much shorter than the other companies. When I came to pick up my repaired screen I was impressed by how beautiful it looked (again). They also gave me a complementary tempered glass screen protector. (free with Yelp Check In) They also informed me that the screen had a warranty should there be anything problematic with it. I am glad I found E-Tech. I hope nothing ever happens to my phone again but if it does I will come back here

First they send you the wrong phone with no storage, then proceed to gaslight you as to why its data isn't transferring, and this finding occurs after 1.5 hours of trying to get some attention at an empty store. Don't get me started with them telling me they have a bathroom but "NOT FOR THE PUBLIC." They treat customers like dirt and they blame you and threaten you for showing passion in ill treatment. As a business owner myself, I am SHOCKED how their facility is still up and running with such incompetent and deceptive individuals managing and running the place. Returned the phone and never doing business with this Hicksville location EVER again. Please go to any other location. Hope this helps all!

Was told that the whole screen needed fixing for about $100. I didn't want that done but he was pretty insistent about it and that just made me not want to buy a screen protector here - so I got one a few days later instead. As he's about to fix my iPad another customer comes and he asks me can I just show her the iPhone covers on the other side because I will have to clean your iPad and put the cover on which takes time. After five minutes of him showing the other customer (which came after me) iPhone covers, I look over and he's literally doing the same thing for that customer that he was supposed to be doing for my iPad ( putting a screen protector on). Good customer service would be - ok let me handle the previous customer first. I will be right with you. I still waited. After he was finished - he started getting personal calls on his cell which he was busy looking at. I just left. I can't deal with unprofessionalism and stupidity. Please take your business elsewhere to a business that has some common sense and will probably be cheaper. Wasn't fun standing there with my toddler watching this guys stupidity.
