Tiana and Ari made my day today. I came in knowing I needed a new phone and was worried what I was going to end up spending. They worked with me to make sure I was comfortable with what I was spending. What took the experience above and beyond was when I expressed I really loved the 7plus in Red, Ari made the call to another local store, left and went to go get it for me. Talk about going beyond... On Wednesday, March 25th, I called the store to make sure they were open during the coronavirus crisis. I spoke to a very nice woman who told me that they were but they were only letting in one person at a time. IShe said that if I came and someone was already there, I would have to wait in my car. Since I don't drive and would have to wait outside, I decided not to go that day since it was chilly. I decided to go the next day, Thursday, March 26th. I called again just to make sure they were open and the person answering the phone identified himself as Mitch. When I got there, I walked in the front door and saw that another customer was being helped. I was surprised that I was able to come in since, according to the woman I spoke with the day before, they were only letting one person in at a time. The worker (I assume it was Mitch because there were no other workers there) and this idiot customer were talking like old buddies and were very close to one another. Neither one had on a mask or gloves. I would have left but my phone was broken and I really needed it. I decided to wait outside. While I was outside, I saw another customer come in from the back entrance, walk around the store touching things and coughing! The worker did not seem to care and let him walk around I opened the front door, staying far away from the coughing customer just to let him know I was next. He left through the back door. When it was my turn to be waited on, I asked the worker why he let more than one person in and he was supposed to stand 6 feet away from others. He didn't seem to care. He was not wearing any protective mask or gloves. I was wearing a mask and gloves and he handed me my phone and said sarcastically "obviously I'm not 6 feet from you, it's in God's hands! This idiot put me and other people in danger and he obviously did not care. read more

I don't like negative reviews. I also don't like getting screwed over by "legit" businesses. I went in for a new phone. The owner 'Jared' was super helpful. I ended up getting a new model that just came out on Saturday so if it was overnighted I would have it on Monday. Monday..no phone, Tuesday...etc...turns out it was actually sent ground or something and got to me by Thursday. I was promised that when I got my phone, I could come back in, they would switch over the cards and the info so wouldn't loose anything PLUS he would wave the "upgrade fee." When I went back in to have them do that..he acted all surprised and somewhat annoyed that I couldn't somehow do it myself. He grabbed the phone, and it turns out they did need to cut my card..something that I would not have known to do, nor done myself properly. When he turned on the phone he told me that my contact information was gone and I would have to manually enter everything new. And that my charge had been waved. I left...pretty annoyed. After toying with the phone, I managed to pull up all my old contacts. So out of laziness, or lack of knowledge of his business, I had been mislead. I guess because they had my money at this point. When my bill came, of COURSE the upgrade fee was still there. When I called the store to have that adjusted, I was promised a phone call back from the busy owner Jared. No call. I called again. No return call. I ended up paying the fee because not one person when I called AT&T could help. It sucks how much I allow myself to be put at the mercy of these crappy companies and liars just looking for our hard earned cash. Shame. read more

Just switched from Verizon to AT&T in the hopes of better service. When it comes to network providers I feel like you are picking the best of the worst, but the service I got from this location was amazing. Nick worked to move out 2/3 numbers over and kept us posted along the way (it took a couple days). He provided updates, managed expectations and provided simple, good information. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. If I had written this a month ago the rating would have been 5 stars. We have an exchange student from Chile staying with us. We went to the store to buy her a phone and a plan for 4 months. The salesman was nice, friendly, helpful and told her to buy a particular phone that had a special promotion where you pay $45 a month and the second month is free. That sounded like a great deal. Sometimes great deals are too good to be true. It is now the second month and she was billed $45. We called AT&T customer service and were told that the promotion was only for people SWITCHING carriers. She could not have been switching carriers because she had only just arrived in the U.S. that day! The salesperson asked her all about her trip and about Chile. He knew it was her first time in the US and that she had no other phone or plan. Today we called the manager of the store and he told us that the salesperson had been fired because he was giving customers bad advice!!! The manager was unable to do anything for us because he said we had a monthly plan. A HUGE bait and switch and AT&T should be ashamed that they don't train their employees better and don't give their managers more leeway in fixing bad situations. After this experience AT&T will not be getting any future business from us. read more
