Greedy. Told me I had to give them $80 for a new screen while trading in my phone. I said no thank you. Went to Bay Shore store in the Target parking lot. They gave me the same turn in value and didn't have any problem taking it with a crack in the corner of the screen. Don't use this place. read more

Came in with a badly busted older iphone that was dead to the world!! I thought I'd never be able to recover any of my photos or data. I mean, this phone was crushed!! Vishal magically brought it back to life long enough to back it up. I am in shock. Rafi helped me decide that the iphone X was the phone I wanted and I even get it with a rebate, which was a shock. It is so confusing and daunting having to buy a new phone, but these two really helped make this a pleasant experience, rather than a nightmare. This store is way more chill than the W.I. one, which is usually packed. I will be returning here with all my phone needs.. which will probably be very soon, since I tend to drop a phone once a week. Vick, First let me say that I have been living in West Islip and my family has been going to the West Islip branch for our phones for 20 years. On Wed 2/13 around 11;30 am, my phone went dead Iphone due to a system update crash. I own a business (Beds-N-More on Sunrise Hwy in West Babylon) and was waiting for phone calls from 2 truck drivers bringing me deliveries that day. I decided to go and wait for them because they couldn't contact me. Both deliveries were made by 4pm thankfully. I decided to visit my West Islip Verizon location to see what the issue was and what could be done. They took my phone in the back but returned 15 minutes later without being able to turn it back on or even whether the phone could be saved. When I mentioned that the phone was for business, they gave me a loaner phone, which I was very grateful for. They also recommended that I go to their Lindenhurst location as there is a tech on duty. Walking in to the Lindenhurst location is certainly smaller in size, but big on making things happen. I walked in and met Vishal. He listened to what I said happened to the phone immediately looked for a fix. He hooked the phone up with iTunes and worked his magic. I would say it took all of 20 minutes and I was back up with my phone as if nothing bad ever happened. Whew! In this day and age of social media, we often hear from people when they're not satisfied, but as a business owner myself, I appreciate when someone takes the time to let us know when they're satisfied and even thrilled with the service they receive. I've been to this store several times and every time I go, unless I am buying something, they don't want to be bothered with you. Ask for help and after 5 minute of their time they duck into the back hoping you'll get annoyed and walk out. The WORST customer service ever. read more
