When I came in for my appointment, I was paired with Mark S., and his customer service was truly exceptional. He was patient, informative, and genuinely invested in helping me find the best option. Not only did he secure a deal that beat all major competitors, but he also took the time to explain everything thoroughly and clearly. Although I haven't committed to services yet, I felt compelled to share my experience because it exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend visiting the Massapequa location and booking an appointment with Mark--you won't be disappointed

I went to this location 5070…read moreSunrise Hwy in massapequa. to resolve an issue with my phone being on SOS due to SIM card issue and the gentleman that helped me paid more attention to his cellphone than to the issue I was having. i had to repeat multiple times what my issue was He had me dial my phone number and follow steps to connect to a customer service using the stores phone and be walked away into the back room. there must have been a connection issue with Verizon line because the system continued to ask me to enter my phone number over and over again until if finally disconnected. I had to ask some one else to call the guy that was helping me from the. ack room. when he came out i told him what happened and after a few attempts to get me connected to a rep he finally was able to do so. I asked him to stay around because I would most likely need him again but he was still paying more attention to his text messages and walked away...surely enough the customer representative on the phone asked me questions that I wasn't able to answer and asked me to remove the SIM card something I could not do because I had nothing small enough to help me get it out. By this time I asked for someone else to help me because the person that was supposed to be helping me was in the back room hiding and probably still texting. I had a very disappointing experience at this location, there was no care for customer service. I would give zero stars if I could.

    We had gone to this location 4 years ago and had a good experience, so when it was time to upgrade…read moreour phones, we went back to this location. What a mistake that was. If you go here, and George is the employee to help you, walk out. He is terrible. He rushed us out because he was more concerned with helping a friend that was opening a cafe and that he owned one in Brooklyn, he informed us about this because he was getting calls when he was supposed to be helping us. So he rushed us out the store with 3 phones he never activated, he told us that now you do that at home, which we found out from other employees is not how it's done. He never activated our phone numbers to the new phones, after two trips back there that night and the help of other employees, they did it for us telling us they couldn't believe he did that to us. We were also supposed to be switched to their new plan, which George never did. I had to go back to the store numerous times to get this fixed, took a total of 17 days to have everything corrected from the plan being changed to the price of the phones corrected with the rebates George told us we were getting. At one point George was there and got nasty with me when I told him he messed up our entire upgrade and plan. I was very close to dropping T-Mobile, and will definitely really think about it when it's time to upgrade again, thanks to George. Again, if George is the one that's helping you, walk out of the store or ask for someone else to help you.
