I have been coming to this location for 12 years. I had purchased all of my devices from them. Their service was always outstanding up until yesterday. I had ordered a new iPhone 15 from Verizon online. When I brought it into the West Islip location to have it activated, I was reprimanded by the owner KC. KC had always treated me with the utmost Care and concern, until I purchased my device online. He actually said to me and I quote "when you buy online you kill us". Suddenly I moved to the back of the line, I was discarded neglected, and ignored; a sales person by the name of Mohamed, who goes by Mike, helped me begrudgingly I might add out of obligation, whilst I was on the phone with Verizon the entire time. They just lost a very loyal customer as I was informed that they are *not* in fact, an official Verizon store, but they are in fact, an "indirect dealer" ... From now on, I will either conduct my business with an *official* Verizon store or Verizon online. Thanks for nothing West Islip! read more

Horrible, stressful visit. All of the employees are unprofessional (texting while on the job, checking fantasty football league scores, chit-chatting on phone). It was astounding and beyond frustrating. We got a lot of misinformation from the employees and had to go back later in the afternoon to clear things up. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. read more

I always go to this Verizon store. I have been a Verizon customer for over ten years and have went to other stores and waited hours just to receive useless information. The workers at this store are always efficient and helpful. I went today and Tim was beyond patient, thorough and informative. I will always go to and recommend this Verizon location. read more

There can be a wait, as it's a popular store because of the stellar customer service. This place is the best it gets. My battery on my iPhone 6 was shot so I stopped in while I was at my parent's house for the holidays for some advice. There were so many people working so I was serviced right away, despite the crowds. Kasey (KC?) helped me out as soon as I walked in. He didn't pressure me to upgrade, but instead laid out all of my options. He offered to cover the sales tax/upgrade fee/etc. if my decision was to get a new phone, which is pretty standard at this place. In the past, they've always thrown in free cases/car chargers/accessories as well. Anyway, I told him I needed a day to think about it - wasn't sure if I wanted to upgrade or just replace the battery. Things got busy during the holidays, and I ended up going back to Hoboken where my apartment is. After visiting 2 local stores near my place, they both attempted to completely rip me off. Knowing how helpful Kasey was in West Islip, I gave him a call for advice. Long story short, he hooked me up and overnight mailed me a new iPhone 8+. No upgrade fees, extra charges, etc. He even gave me his personal cell phone and advised me to text/call if I had any issues setting up my new phone. Apparently, they offer this service often - people out of town/out of state can be upgraded over the phone, etc. So good to know. I will definitely be recommending this place to all of my friends in NYC/Jersey. Completely awesome - 5 stars for sure!!! read more

Went here for the first time recently. Service was great, we worked with Ike. He was able to open up a new plan and bring over my number from another carrier no problem. We didn't feel pressured into buying any additional products. All of the employees were very helpful and nice, everyone was greeted as they walked in. I was very impressed with the store. It will definitely be my go-to if I need anything else. read more

My phone suddenly stopped working and after talking to an incompetent apple employee on the phone for three hours, I desperately wandered into this store. Not only did Eddie fix all my phone issues, he was a complete delight to talk to and helped me out more than I ever thought the dreaded phone store could.
