The two men who assisted me seemed very helpful at first but took over two hours to update our phones due to an "update". When we came back, they said found a great deal and could save me $10 per month by adding trackers on. Long story short, after speaking with a t-mobile rep through text, I found out that the only "deal" there was was getting $5 off the $10 per month trackers. I went back to the store to ask for clarification and to possible return the trackers. The representative was not helpful at all. Even after speaking with his manager over the phone, he was still not able to explain how having these trackers would save me money. They were claiming my bill would be less money and if I took them off, it would go up in price, which the rep who I chatted with while in store confirmed that is not sure and she was not sure where they got that information from. I had to ask several times in a row for the trackers to be returned and he kept offering that the manager could call me when I was no longer interested after the conversation I had with the rep while waiting over an HOUR in the store. I will not be coming back here and hope to find a better experience at another t-mobile.

Three days later, my Verizon bill came in my email and I was very surprised to see how expensive it was. Upon further review, the representative added a $17/month fee for insurance on my new phone without mentioning it to me. I never get insurance through my cell phone provider, I always do it through Apple, so had he mentioned it I would have declined. I was able to get it removed, but I'm now responsible for the fee this month and have to hope Verizon remembers to give me a credit on next months bill. Overall, I'm extremely disappointed with my experience and will never go back to this store.

They always go above and beyond and are always available to help you with any issues. This past week I had accidently dropped my phone and the glass had crack so bad it was hard to read the screen. I knew my phone would be available for an upgrade in few months and was going to wait but this had prompted to upgrade sooner. I arrived on Saturday morning and was greeted immediately by Wade. He was very patient, courteous and efficient. He explained all my options and suggested the best course of action for me and kept me updated with each step of backing up my old phone, the purchases process and setting up my new IPhone 7 Plus and told me about all the new features. By the time I was done I had a new IPhone 7 Plus with all my data and apps just like my old one with a vey fair price for all I received, phone, tempered glass, case and car charger. Ever since I have been coming here the owners Raj and Karan always come out say hello and give you a warm welcome.
