So I show up, ready to finally get this issue resolved--only to be told the parts were never delivered and that someone had called me to let me know. That was a straight-up lie. No one ever called me. No updates, no communication--nothing. Every single step of the way, I had to chase them down for answers. This place wasted an entire month of my time, and for what? Nothing. I could have gone somewhere else and had my laptop fixed weeks ago. Instead, I got lied to, strung along, and ignored. This is hands down one of the most unprofessional, unreliable, and downright shady businesses I've ever dealt with. The phone still worked so I figured I could get away with it but upon further reading I learned that this could damage the phone even more. As a result I called around to the local four and five star rated iPhone screen repair shops. Many were priced quite high, did not have a white frame in stock, or required an appointment and then a 45 minute to 1 hour wait. Fortunately I found E-Tech. The woman who answered the phone was friendly and professional. She told me that I did not need an appointment, they have the white frame in stock, and their price was much more reasonable than the competitors. Additionally, my wait was much shorter than the other companies. When I came to pick up my repaired screen I was impressed by how beautiful it looked (again). They also gave me a complementary tempered glass screen protector. (free with Yelp Check In) They also informed me that the screen had a warranty should there be anything problematic with it. I am glad I found E-Tech. I hope nothing ever happens to my phone again but if it does I will come back here

I went to the street talk in Roosevelt Field mall directly in front of AT&T, and was helped by the male tech there whose name is something like "RanJan" I went on my lunch break and was able to wait and watch him actually do the repair. The price was pretty reasonable/competitive and they did offer me a discount since I had more than one thing being serviced. In any event, they fixed a screen apple wouldn't fix and it was less than it would have cost me if apple did do it. Unfortunately, about a week later there was an issue with the battery I was given (it must have been defective) and it pushed up and broke the replacement screen. I brought the phone back and he called the owner and the screen and battery were replaced again at no charge. Thank you again for your great customer service and I will be sure to come back to you if I ever need my phones repaired in the future.

You should have seen the look on my 12-year-old son's face when he realized that he wasn't ever going to be getting that phone for Christmas. So now I am out $170 and I have to figure out how to get him another phone. What a waste. And I love the fact that I was told that they can't help because the warranty is 15 days. The warranty being 15 days is a piece of paper with words on it. Anyone is allowed to be helpful if they so choose.
