I love the cup collaborations with brands I love. I am still upset the Shelli Kitty collab did not make it to America. The service was top tier! The team had me cackling at 9am. I purchased a jalapeño chicken pocket. It was so good it was devoured as soon as it cooled down. I purchased a cold brew. The value of my meal and satisfaction were all there! By far, the worst target i've been to. NEVER any cashiers open, self checkout line is a nightmare, managers treat you with disrespect, DIRTIEST bathrooms ever, and rude/insensitive employees. Everytime i come in i always have to wait 30+ minutes to checkout. Things are always misplaced, kids running wild, and ITS EXTREMELY HOT! Why isn't the air on??? Never ever go to this target. This is regarding the AT&T department in the store. A representative ,Robert R. and phone number 516-806-8199, pulled me aside while I was shopping to switch my phone plan to AT&T and trade in my Iphone 14. I followed every direction, was apprehensive about the trade in, and never received a box in the mail for the 30 days following activation of my new phone. 1-2 weeks after I activated my new phone, I called Robert stating I still had not received a box, and he said that it should be sending within a few days. After a couple weeks, I never received a box, and he reached out to AT&T for assistance with no response. Come to find out, I went in person to an AT&T store, called customer service and spoke with a representative there, only to determine that my trade-in profile was never created. I was completely unaware of this situation, despite calling and texting Robert multiple times. Now I can no longer trade in my old phone and missed a $1000 promo as discussed during my purchase. So, if an AT&T representative stops you at Target, do not give them the time of day. read more

The new layout and update has me still a little confused. I find myself going around multiple times, back and forth from missing things. I like how they have a " home goods" type of section. Food is usually fresh and a lot to choose from that I sometimes do my grocery shopping here. I used to only get my clothes/shoes from target and never walk out empty handed and I rarely buy clothes now. Everything's pretty unorganIzed. Bathing suits I love but they never have many sizes. They do have a great selection of coats, tons of cleaning products , big beauty section. A great place to get multiple things at instead of running around all day. read more

I was looking for a Neti pot for my wife, so I stopped at the convenience store, who was out. Instead of driving around, I gave this Target a call. They checked stock and found that they had five. I drove over there and searched the area they said it would be. There wasn't any staff to ask for help, so I went up and down every aisle until I found it hidden on a bottom shelf. The area looked like it had been ransacked by looters or surburbia when there is a snow storm coming. I found two in the area. One box looked a little beat up. I realized that the other three could be anywhere in the store. I was surprised they didn't offer to take one off the shelf for me or verify they could be found looking back at it. I walked over to the checkout area to find two open lines with over five people on each line. I reluctantly went to the horrible self-checkout. It was a pain and the software seemed to have issues. This is my Target, so I will go, but it isn't great. It is usually a mess, the lines are too long, and I usually don't find anyone to help me. read more

The new layout, although pretty is so I inviting & actually more aggravating than anything else. The whole experience is unsettling from the moment you walk in the door it's impossible to find anything @ the flow is terrible so I spent over 30 minutes trying to find items I normally purchase here, the prices have gone up since the remodel & service is terrible & if you make it to the check out ( which I didn't because I got so annoyed about my wasted time & only found 1/2 the things I came for) the lines are ridiculous. There were only 2 people on checkouts, yet they had 2 other people directing the tremendously long line for the self checkout. Absolutely no social distancing marks etc for the lines, other than a sign on the door about masks being mandatory there are no rules in place regarding anything else. My first time at this Target location . And also my last! when I go to pay with my family , we separate to two different lines. We are going to pay seperately . This rude employee, acting like she's a drill Sergeant , asked me what line am I in?. I tell her and she proceeds to tell me with a horrible attitude, to move to one line with my family. I asked why? I went to target to get new glasses, on a suggestion by my wife. I met with Dr. Tin, I found her to be the best, she listened to my eye problem and diagnosed a problem that no one else found I was in her office for at least 1 hour until she was satisfied that we did what we had to do to solve my problem. I HIGHLY RECOMEND DR. TIN. and Target in bayshore. I promise you that if you are having a problem with your eyes she will take the time to help you. This is a pretty standard Target. It's generally clean, pretty well-stocked and large. I typically use self checkout, but their other lines here are usually very well staffed, even when going on a longer line, it moves pretty fast. The staff here clearly works hard to make sure things are moving efficiently, especially considering this Target gets a bit more traffic than some of the others I've been to. I find that the clothing department is a little more sparse a unorganized than the other Targets I go to, but I typically stop by this Target when I need something a little more pressing, not to just shop around - there are better Targets to do that at. read more

Brought a crib back as a return. Had issues getting it to customer service desk (it was a huge heavy box) as well as pulling up the baby registry on my phone (since I didn't have the receipt). We were assisted by an extremely helpful woman named Lizbeth. She was a very competent manager and quickly provided solutions to our problems. She was a natural leader and without a doubt enjoys her job. It's nice to see people who enjoy what they do and are good at it. read more

I usually go to this Target because it is closest to me. I have a small baby with so I always have a stroller and it seems every time I go to self check out im always being watched. Which I take extreme offense to seeing as this is a place where I spend so much money on food, everyday things, clothing for myself and my baby. Today was my last straw where it seems that someone else had left a show box empty on top of the the counter (where if the guy had really been watching he would've noticed the shoe box was there) as I was getting ready to walk away the guy came over and looked into my stroller to look at my baby I'm assuming to see if I had shoes in the stroller since she had her shoes which were vans not target shoes that she had kicked off in her hands. I just found my shopping experience very unpleasant. read more

I've been to multiple Targets around the area and this one just doesn't do it for me. It's never has enough people working. Never enough to find an attendant in the s tore to answer questions. So YesterdayMonday September 9th 2019 my brother had went to this Target in Bay Shore and when he was walking out to his car he had the witnesses the you g gentleman pushing carts to bring back in too busy paying attention to his phone instead of watching the carts to see that they were veering towards parked cars and the front cart had ended up hitting into the back drivers side of my brothers car causing some minor damage (scratches) thankfully but when he called the store first off he had to call about 9-20 times before someone finally answered in guest services where he spoke with a young lady "claiming" to be a manager where he was basically told that they wouldn't do anything about it due to it was to much of a process and then proceeded to get extremely rude and hung up the phone. read more

This store at one time was well run and clean. In light of the fact that the store was just renovated, one would think that the store would be in good order but it isn't. I went to this store yesterday because I had heard that Target would carry Vineyard Vines only to find a bunch of stuff just thrown in one area that looked like it was picked through and in disarray. I was in this store last week when they had a deal if you bought $50. of groceries, you received a $10. gift card. At the end of my order, the discount did not come up. The cashier was a little puzzled, but then realized that I had alcohol in my order. I was unaware that the $50 did not include alcohol. The cashier called over a supervisor, who immediately gave me the $10 off (this time), without hesitation. (And a smile!) Both the cashier and the supervisor were very friendly and helpful. I really appreciated there consideration. Then today I was there again when the customer in front of us was purchasing a stick vacuum and she hesitated to buy at the price. She and the cashier were searching their phones for comparison pricing, when I told her that the vac was $84.99 at Kohls the day before. The cashier looked it up and happily got the price change for her. Another happy customer!! I think Target has really "raised their game" on customer service! I'm very Happy and felt like the lady in "Miracle on 34th Street" who was shopping at Macys and Santa sent her to Gimbels for an item that Macys didn't carry! read more

Tonight's the last night i ever go to this target. It's very understaffed and the people that do work here are either extreamly old and work very slow (which is fine but have them work the mornings when it's not as busy) or young and have nasty attitudes. They never have enough registers open, so its always a 20 minute wait to get rung up whether you have 1 item or 50. It is also very messy and unorganized. Even tho this target is pretty close to me, i would much rather drive a little further to a better and cleaner one. read more
