This Homegoods is definitely cleaner and more organized than most TJ Maxx, Marshalls, Homegoods…read morestores in the area, even at the end of the day the items are fairly organized on shelves and not thrown about like you see in most places. They have a large food section, seasonal displays, bathroom and bedroom necessities and a large picture frame area too. Unfortunately, oftentimes I'll be interested in a bowl or plate and they are all chipped. For example, yesterday I found a really nice looking pottery bowl, the first one I picked up was chipped and there were 8 others on the shelf so I knew I'd be in luck, however every single one of the 8 bowls also had a chip or scratch. You just have to be careful what you end up buying and make sure you look at it carefully before making a purchase. A lot of the furniture looks good from afar but when you get closer it has dents and bumps, etc. Their clearance section is honestly a waste of time because 99% of the items are damaged. I'd rather pay 25% more for the item and have it not be broken. One thing that seriously irks me about this place is the new bag policy. Not the actual fact that you have to pay for a bag but the fact that they no longer have paper for you to wrap your delicate items! What the heck. Came in yesterday with my own bags and bought bowls and plates but they had nothing to wrap my things with to make sure they didn't scratch and break while they were in my car. That is annoying. Nothing worse than getting home and finding out the new bowls you just bought are damaged.

You can score a set of Christmas lights here for like $10 where they cost you $1 in any home depot. Regardless, I will continue to come here each holiday season.

Going in and finding exactly what I wanted made the shopping spree more than wonderful. After picking out my treasured piece, I looked around the store for a few minutes more and then I headed over to the cashier where the service I received got better and better and better. SERVICE* So in reality, the service was GOOD because I found the container store. That's having a store available in the town I was visiting. The service got BETTER because they had what I needed, at a reasonable price and it's availability. The service was at its BEST when I checked out and paid less at check out and, not only that, I'm excited now....
