    First of all the people who work in the shop are so overwhelmingly nice. They pushed my install date up to make sure the carpet was in before I have a baby. They were very helpful in picking out a pattern and they let me bring my dog in with me when I was walking by with him! They have two super cute golden retrievers working in the store as well!! The installer arrived on time and installed the runner in no time. I am so pleased and so happy to have gone local instead of working with Home Depot or Lowe's who never would've provided this kind of service. 100000% would recommend.

    This is the only place to buy carpet .Family owned and run .Price and quality to the TENS. Recommend this company highly.

Not knowing many of the local contractors. My first calls were to the well-known window and door vendors (Anderson and Pella). After getting their prices back, we had to reassess the scope of the project since we would not be able to afford to do all of the doors at once. We did some more research and I came across Royal Doors and Windows. They had a lot of five star reviews which made me skeptical. I called and Danny was at my house in a few days. He took very precise measurements and photos. He even came back because he wanted to double check something that he didnt get a perfect picture of. The meeting in his office was excellent. He was able to walk us through our options, the costs and details. Moreover, he was able to show us the actual doors and how they would look on our house using his pictures and big screen in his office. It made the process extremely easy. When the big day came, the install team was just as Danny had promised. Chris and his partner we quick, efficient, and neat. They replaced three large doors and a window over a two day period. They were so quiet doing it, I was able to work from home in the next room. The doors came out great and we couldnt be happier. And the best part their price was 40% lower than the original quotes we got so we were able to complete the entire project in one shot. Thank you Danny. We will be calling you for our next project.

After they refused to respond to my requests to…read morerepair the holes they created on the seams between the doorframe and door THEY installed and sending me a door that was not the color they promised, I showed up at their showroom. When they asked why I was there I told them why. The salesperson was upset because his current victims/customers were there and overheard. He showed up at my house to do his best to embarrass me. From my driveway, he started to yell at me that I cost him business. This time I have a ring doorbell to catch his unprofessional possibly steroid induced behavior. He cost himself business by being a liar. The owner came by my house after this fiasco and offered me paint so I could paint my door the BLACK color that I initially ordered. He had the gall to say that the espresso/black color went better with my house anyway. My house was under renovation so he proved my point-I'm not trying to match the current color. I'm matching what it will be. Lastly, the fancy keypad doorknob they sold me was not installed correctly because the door would not close!!! They came back to fix it to loosen the screws to accommodate the misalignment. I wasted over $10000 on this poor excuse of a business. RUN. It is not worth it to do business with this company. They also need promised satisfaction guaranteed but they don't mean the customer-they are only concerned with themselves. THEY ARE A SCAM.

    Dave was initially pleasant to work with during my original order and installation. His…read moreunprofessionalism and lack of respect for a customer did not materialize until 4/22/25. I contacted Dave via text on December 4th, 2024, for a defective blind. I sent him a photo, and he agreed to replace it no problem. At which point, he never mentioned any service fee for the new blind. After not hearing from Dave for over 2 months, I contacted him on February 28th, 2025. I received no response. Finally, on March 27th, he finally replied to my text. He admitted that he forgot to order the replacement blind. Today, he texted me that the blind is in and he can come to install it tomorrow. He further tells me that there is a $75 service fee. When I questioned why he didn't tell me that upfront, he became irate and told me, "People do not work for free," and to lose his number. I have no issue paying a service fee. The problem is his complete lack of respect for a customer's time and his failure to disclose the fee initially. Dave's lack of respect speaks volumes about how much he values his customers.

I show him the rooms that we need to hang window treatments in. We start discussing options, colors, and how they were mounted. My wife came into the room and said she wasn't sure she wanted the kindle of blinds that he was proposing for the baby's nursery, and said that she wanted to see an option for rollers. At that point, he said he would be right back. Then I received a text from him where he informed me that he wasn't interested in the job. Then called my wife a bitch. Texts included with this post. If this is the kind of person who this company is going to send to your house, they don't deserve your business. Imagine someone calling you or your wife a bitch because she/you wanted to see a different option. I have no words.
