His team were on the job two days later, were professional, handled all aspects of the project, i.e. (removing and installing old/new floors, moving and installing appliances back in place, laying new floors, touching up molding, installing saddles) all within a week. I've ordered several…read moresupplies; pavers, bricks, sand, top soil, rca, poly sand, etc. My only complaint is the return policy, I wish they would mention there's no return on even the retail purchases. Ex: G2 poly sand bags I understand no returns on pavers, bricks, dirt, things like that. But for things that still have an actual price tag, that's a bit much! Never the less, if I was aware of this with an obvious sign or a comment from the cashier before purchasing, then I wouldn't of purchased extra material. The sad part is when I asked if they take returns, they said "no, its on the receipt." BUT this is literally after making the purchase Im aware of this. It would be smarter to mention this before purchasing, not after the facts! I thought that bit was a little distasteful from a business point of view. I still recommend this place. But be sure to only order what you need. Don't order the "extras" for the just incase event in your projects. (That is only for whatever they sell inside the store.) Bottom line: Project is done! Was left with 3 extra bags of poly sand (no return/my complaint) and a few pavers and bricks (also no return, but this part was expected).
