The cashiers/ sales associates at this location are helpful when it is not too busy. I come here to buy little craft materials and other things. I buy cheap quick activity sets ti keep my nieces busy when they come to visit. I don't mind if they break it because more than likely it was less than 5 bucks or less. A week before halloween is over all of the seasonal items are 50 to 75 percent off. Service: Although, you get help when it is not busy my only gripe with this location and almost all of the five below stores is that there is always just one darn cash register open. A well maintained discount store! I've never been to a five below before and stumbled upon this shop because my friend was returning something at Best Buy a few doors down. It consists of a lot useless gadgets for cheap for adults and teens and a lot of arts and crafts for children. The store is spacious and has what one would find in a dollar shop and then some, but it's a lot cleaner and doesn't smell like a dollar store. I must say... This was my first time in this establishment, and besides the fact it reeked of weed, I set that aside... However the store offers a lot more then I expected. I was slightly impressed. Name brand candy. Half decent T-Shirts. Its pretty much a dollar store but with better quality items. However, with the cheap prices you get cheap attitude employees. Yes, we get it... It's a nasty snow storm and you don't want to be working in it. Trust me... I didn't want to get out of bed to go pick up a gift bag to wrap a present in while it was 4 inches of snow on the ground either. Waiting on the cashiers line and I get the "Next!" I try and be nice and say, "Hey how's it going?" I get ignored... So she rings up my items puts it all in a bag doesn't prompt me on payment. My debit card goes through and I get a "Bye" "NEXT!" The cashiers attitude was as cold as it was outside. (28 degrees) What a shame. read more

This is my closet five below store and i came here last night about 5 min to nine after looking online it said it closes at 10p. As im walking to the door the security guard says its closed and locked the door meanwhile a couple went in a few minutes before we did. I showed him it says 10pm and he didnt seem to care and the were two other customers who agreed with me because online it does say 10p. I didnt want to make a huge scene more than what i already agrued. I called the store and spoke to the one of he store managers and i told him the situation and he said he wasnt even aware that it said that online. First of all a manager should know what are your hours, check both online and with the store. To make matters worse we saw a gentleman park his car and Walked inside and they let him in. This is unfair. I will not be going to Bayshore Five Below ever again. I will drive extra miles to go to a different one. Fix your hours! read more

Great Store!!! Went today w/ my boyfriend & his kids to get them phone cases for the IPhones they got for Christmas....1st time I was EVER THERE....WOW!!! WHAT GREAT prices & not cheap crap you find in $1.00 & .99 stores. Beautiful cases & the shatter proof extra layers. Also all size charging cords even 10ft. long $5 OR LESS!!!!
