I realized that the manager is a little hostile with the girls that work for the store and that could be the reason for the constant staffing change. I was extremely uncomfortable when i witnessed the manager speaking Poorly of some of the staff to another worker and in front of the customers. That is not acceptable in my work place so I'm not sure how it flies in your business. The clothes were nicely outfitted on the mannequins and very neatly organized throughout the store. The staff was very friendly but not too friendly (don't love being followed around and asked if I need help by the same 3 people multiple times); they greeted me, gave me space while I was looking around, and made conversation/suggestion at the register when it came time to pay. As a previous sales associate, I understand and appreciate the delicate balance. If I had more money, I would've bought half the store!
