I went shopping at Omnibus to find a stunning gown to change into for my wedding day just about two…read moremonths before my actual wedding. When I arrived at Omnibus I was greeted with open arms and I felt the staffs excitement for my wedding day. They took one look at me and said I have the perfect gown for you. Well they pulled out this dazzling silky gown completely beaded and fit like a glove. I was in love and knew I came to the right place. I purchased the dress at that moment they started the process for some areas that needed a little tightening. I then came back a few weeks later and picked up my gown. EVERYONE LOVED THIS DRESS and it looked FABULOUS in photos. I went back in another time with my mother to find her the most perfect mother of the bride gown. My mother was treated as if she was their own mother and they took the time to make sure she was comfortable in the gown and felt beautiful as she is. (She does not wear dresses ever) They did a fantastic job on the alterations and even made her a shawl with leftover material to make her even more happy. Delivery would take too long, so I remembered the Massapequa store, called them spoke to someone who said they had the shirt in store my size and would put it on the side. I drove over went in and there it was waiting for me. Great customer service, very clean and well organized store. They also do Tuxedo rentals and fittings. I was looking for a few outfits for my wife to give as a Christmas present. I had the pleasure of working with a sales associate named Gabby Herrera. Gabby took the time to listen what I was looking for and helped me select a few different outfits.
