Upon…read morewalking into the busy store I was met with fashion forward styles, accessories, and handbags from wall to wall. I was greeted promptly by a sales associate who offered her assistance and wasn't overly persistent. I let her know I was just browsing for a gift and walked by her to continue my search. She must have smelled a waft from my cologne, proceeded to instantly guess the exact brand, and then complimented me in front of the entire store on how much she liked it! I couldn't believe it. I picked out what I was going to purchase for a gift, asked a few more product questions, got great answers, and checked out at the front register. What a pleasant experience!! Can't wait to return, refer this place to my friends before holiday season, and see what cool trends this boutique brings in as Winter rolls around. Check this place out.

Even after I politely said, "I'm fine" and indicated I did not need help, FOUR TIMES, she till followed me to the dressing room, hovered over me, made purposeless suggestions, and generally took in my every move as if she expected me to steal something. I don't know if she has I have a commission quota or is just truly compulsive, but, her behavior, and BTW it wasn't the first time, completely ruined my shopping experience at what is otherwise not a bad store. By the way, if she's not around, the young guys there are always helpful.

Delivery would take too long, so I remembered the Massapequa store, called them spoke to someone who said they had the shirt in store my size and would put it on the side. I drove over went in and there it was waiting for me. Great customer service, very clean and well organized store. They also do Tuxedo rentals and fittings. We were confused as to why this was the way it was, but regardless we didn't think anything of it. A few weeks later we wanted to return it because it did not fit, however the sales associate said it could not be returnable because of the tag was removed. We tried explaining that we did not remove the tag and the associate did. He kept implying with this tone of skepticism and judgement. Saying "you bought this from here?!" He didn't believe us and said "anyone could have taken it out." He dismissed my brother and we walked out. I highly discourage anyone that enters this store. The customer service is not sub par and I hate to admit it but we felt unwelcome and judged. Perhaps if we wore a suit to the store we would be treated more fairly. 12/30/2025

Let's talk about profiling... I was standing outside drinking my tea after buying it next door,…read morewhen 3 different employees came outside in a span of 3 mins to check to make sure I wasn't stealing any of the clothes that was outside (which I was standing 7 feet away from) it's a shame because I've actually been wanting to go in there to shop but I definitely won't anymore. THEN the finally straw was when they pulled away the clothes rack so it wasn't near me. I sent my coworker there a few mins later to test them out, and they did the same to her. If they're not comfortable leaving clothes outside for people to look through... DONT LEAVE THE CLOTHES OUTSIDE.
