I stopped in to browse , the SA was friendly and I got the feeling there were items of low to high price points. It seemed the SAs were putting together outfits for the customers, which is what I would expect in a boutique, and why I would pay full price for items there. When I did finally go in to shop, I brought my adult daughter . We were going on a trip to Spain. I really didn't feel I was getting the attention that I needed. The SA was really focused on my daughter, who is a beautiful young woman with a great figure. But, by focused, I mean she just kept throwing clothes into her fitting room , not even asking what she liked or how it fit .My daughter picked out two very expensive sweaters, and the pants the SA recommended were just as expensive ( and you could find them at the mall).So no complete outfit, just 2 really $$$ cotton sweaters. Good quality, and items you would only find in a boutique, you won't see these brands on sale in a department store. But I felt the SAs were really concentrating on regular customers, who they know. I didn't get that boutique experience I wanted, for myself or my daughter. We wont be back, I don't feel the frustrating experience and disappointing outcome were worth the REALLY expensive price tag .

Carissa was excellent at providing the perfect customer service and I thank her for that! This boutique is also perfect for cute gifts to bring to say a bridal shower or as a birthday present for someone special. Another plus is that their clothes are very stylish and they do tend to have 20% off their clothes at the moment as well. Price wise they have pieces that range from $20-$100+ but I'd say it's an affordable boutique for many. I would highly recommend!

When I arrived at Omnibus I was greeted with open arms and I felt the staffs excitement for my wedding day. They took one look at me and said I have the perfect gown for you. Well they pulled out this dazzling silky gown completely beaded and fit like a glove. I was in love and knew I came to the right place. I purchased the dress at that moment they started the process for some areas that needed a little tightening. I then came back a few weeks later and picked up my gown. EVERYONE LOVED THIS DRESS and it looked FABULOUS in photos. I went back in another time with my mother to find her the most perfect mother of the bride gown. My mother was treated as if she was their own mother and they took the time to make sure she was comfortable in the gown and felt beautiful as she is. (She does not wear dresses ever) They did a fantastic job on the alterations and even made her a shawl with leftover material to make her even more happy. The two people working at the store were incredibly friendly and did such a wonderful job gift-wrapping the gifts I purchased and I picked up a bunch of business cards from local creators that I wanted to follow and see what else they have in store. A lot of the items don't have prices listed, so you do have to ask which was my only minor grievance. I will definitely make a few more trips here, especially for gifts, when the need arises.

I walked in and the aroma was breathtaking! I asked what the scent was and it was "Winter Forest" by Cow Harbor Candle Co. I bought one little candle to take home to NV. Burning the candle at home, I just couldn't get enough. They were out of Winter Forest, so I ordered an assortment of different scents from the same maker. Unfortunately, when they arrived a few were broken. I spoke to the owner, Jacquelyn, and she immediately replaced the broken candles at no charge, no questions whatsoever. They texted me when more Winter Forest was available. I order more of those too. I think I've gotten about 8 candles and I have to say that these are the BEST SCENTED CANDLES I've EVER had the pleasure to enjoy! Highly recommend this shop, the customer service is fantastic, and I hope to visit Huntington and Wit & Whim again next year. Also, wow has Huntington grown (well of course, in 50 years!) Gorgeous area. And, yes, I found my grandparents home. It's not the same, but I found it!! Ahhh, the childhood memories!!!
