I was greeted promptly by a sales associate who offered her assistance and wasn't overly persistent. I let her know I was just browsing for a gift and walked by her to continue my search. She must have smelled a waft from my cologne, proceeded to instantly guess the exact brand, and then complimented me in front of the entire store on how much she liked it! I couldn't believe it. I picked out what I was going to purchase for a gift, asked a few more product questions, got great answers, and checked out at the front register. What a pleasant experience!! Can't wait to return, refer this place to my friends before holiday season, and see what cool trends this boutique brings in as Winter rolls around. Check this place out.

I was a little stressed and nervous when I arrived at the Massapequa DB store to look for wedding…read moredresses for my October wedding. I went to a few other stores and did not receive such a good experience. I was met by a stylist and the store manager, Katie. They were both very genuine and down to earth, instantly making me feel comfortable. I told them what style dress I had in mind but I was open to trying different cuts. They took into consideration my body type, complexion (I'm fair so I went with Ivory) and the time of year so the dress wouldn't be too heavy or light. I fell in love with a dress that needed something extra because it was a bit too plain. Their expertise showed when they came up with the perfect belt, veil and shoes to spruce up my perfect dress. The alterations dept offered suggestions and I walked out a very happy bride. Their product knowledge, genuine, willingness to help and great customer service at the Massapequa store truly gave me a positive experience that I needed because wedding planning can be very stressful.

Weird if they're made to order but whatever. I cancel the order. They refund me for each tie separately, and then only issue refunds for 5 ties, not 6. I contact them, am told the refund is coming. I contact them again, am told they see that the refund for 1 tie is missing and will be refunded within 48 hours. Still no refund and it's been 5 days. I'm furious that I have to waste my time chasing down $19.83. PS- the ties are still available as made to order on their website. So be warned, they're probably not in stock And then you too could be planning a wedding and dealing with added stress from David's, every bride's dream.

Visit Date: December 11, 2018…read more The time has come...for my son to start sleeping in his own room much to my chagrin, so my husband and I came here to buy him a bed that he will hopefully grow into and that I will be comfortable sleeping in for a little bit since I will be bed sharing with my son to transition him into his own room and to eventually get him used to sleeping alone since he's bed shared with us pretty much his whole baby and toddler life. My husband took care of the business of picking out a bed, signing the papers and paying for it since we came to the store with our son. As parents of a toddler one of us runs around after the boy the other one usually my husband ends up taking care of the business we need to attend to in whatever store we're in. TEAMWORK! My son and I snuggle tested a few different beds, the sales man we dealt with was very nice and understanding I forgot his name but he was awesome. He didn't give me a hard time about letting my son play on the sample beds and he was very appreciative that I thought to take my son's shoes off while he was playing on the sample beds. As far as I can tell he was courteous and helpful to my husband as well. My experience at this Macy's was pleasant enough and I'd come back again in the future!

I waited 5 minutes and basically asked how can such a large store have no employees on the floor? I don't blame the employees for this, it's all management decision who happened to be a mysterious woman named Melissa. Melissa was apparently the one who makes schedules, and I saw two other customers basically walking in circles. I left, for another day, but I did call the store the following day and the day after.
