Worst customer service ever. The customer service tells me they can't look up an online order number. I received a pickup notification. Only part of the order was in the bag. The customer service person said she is not able to look up an online order number to verify no errors. That's ridiculous. Customer service that can't serve the customer. And why did they move the pick up area to opposite side of the store from customer service. Inconveniencing customers. Time to avoid Kohls in Massapequa. read more

For some reason everyone at this kholes has a sick attitude, the lady at Amazon returns was so nasty for just a simple return, then the kholes return lady was just as bad if not worse, I don't get it your in customer service witch you choose to be in, don't have to be so nasty for no reason, a hello how are you would be a great start, I said this to the kholes return lady and her replay was what do you want! Amazon return lady didn't even answer me she just grab the box and said you have to take it out of the box which is not true. Crazy really just be polite it goes along a way these days. I was recently in Kohls shopping for a specific item but having some difficulty. A lovely woman noticed my confused expression and approached me offering to help. The item I was looking for was apparently stocked by Kohls, but the lady suggested an alternative, which turned out to be better than what i was looking for! Not only did she save me from having to go to another store, but I purchased an item I liked much better. The lady's name is Susan Newel. While assisting me, she was also telling other customers where they could locate what they needed. A courteous multi tasker! As a former NYC shopper, i would say Susan provided the same calibre of care I witnessed my mom receive at Bonwit Teller, B. Altman... All the better stores. That impressed me. Please thank Ms. Newel for me and I will give Kohls another chance. read more

I've always shopped here and got great deals but today I felt like I was ripped off. I don't understand why they send you coupons by email but they're not good for name brands. I spent time in the store getting the right sneakers and a hat. I paid way too much and doubt I'll go back. Was there some small print I'm supposed to read about purchasing name brands?? read more

I love the deals Kohl's has. And they always have coupons. But this location is chaotic. Lines are consistently slow. No one is on the floor to service customers, and when asked, more often than not, eyes are rolled. I just left this location frustrated. Our cashier was pleasant, but unaware of commonalities that a cashier should have. I've worked in retail for the past 8 years, so I'm aware of these things. I brought a pair of shoes up to the register that were two different sizes. The cashier called someone to have them come and fix the problem. No one answered the call. I went to switch something else that was damaged, and by the time I came back, still no answer. Frustrated I asked the call to be cancelled. Within seconds the woman answered the call to make sure she didn't have to do anything. They lost a sale, and potentially my business forever. read more

Very poor service. I'm deaf and can read lip but no one is wearing clear masks for me to read their lips. The sales associate and sales manager huff and puff and gave ME a hard time! Some patience, manners and clear masks could help deaf people like me. read more

I went to the one in Levittown like a year ago and it was horrendous. I happen to find this little bed side carryall that goes between our mattress and box spring thing and it was on sale for 7$ down form 20$ online so i saw they carried it at this location and went. The sales rep noticed me looking all over and while he never heard of it and looked at me like i was insane he did point me in the general direction to which i finally located it with ease. I also passed by the candle section,,bad idea. Im so obsessed with candles and wax melts and found some rainbow sherbert ones i needed for my bedroom. The line was fairly long since the clerks were gabbing away but it was Monday afternoon and i really had no where else to go to besides the pool. I paid it was cheap and i left. This was what you'd expect for a Kohls. They could use more assistance on the floor as there was no one to help me get things off the top hooks near the ceilings. I had a difficult time finding sizes, seemed really picked over from the holiday. This store was easy to get to and I would shop here again. read more

I do like the store and the way they run their sales ..I do not however like the treatment that some of the sales people give in the Massapequa store..there is one in particular that doesn't seem to understand English at all ? ...I would think maybe she would be utilized in another part of the store ? I needed to ask some questions and there was a definite communication issue and the she became obviously annoyed and a bit rude...I chalked it up to frustration on her part and after she completed the sale I went to the other side of the store to get my questions answered ...I have no problem with foreign speaking employees ...but I do not understand Spanish ...I watch for her now ..and make sure I get another clerk ...sorry ..but she is frustrating at the least .. read more

Ehhh...to be honest kohls is on the bottom of my list to shop for anything. There's a mall right across the street, not saying it's any better but it has multiple stores within the area. But with that said, I don't think this store really has the best quality stuff to last, it's just the vibe I get. There aren't really any customer services folks on the floors and lines move pretty slow. Kohls is honestly one of my favorite places to shop. They have awesome deals if you're a card member which can also be used on top of other in-store sales. The only reason this doesn't get 5 stars is the service is kind of slow. I can name more than one time that it took way longer than needed to pay for my items. Kohls is awesome. They have clothes for everyone at great prices. There stuff is always marked down and they send coupons all the time for 15,20, and eve 30% off everything in the store. They always have a ton of cashiers and returns are done fast and easy. love this store. read more

Kohls always has awesome deals. When they have a sale, everything in the store is on sale, even the clearance stuff. They always have sales!!! I constantly get coupons in the mail for them- often 20% or 30% off everything. You can always find a free shipping code online to add to the sale. I get this since I have a credit card with them. I think the people here are always nice and helpful. The store is pretty clean. So are the bathrooms. I can usually find a place to feed my baby. They have an extremely easy return policy, even if you don't have a receipt. I got a lot of clothes from them when I had a baby and a lot of it didn't fit, so I was able to return it for store credit. They sell Carters, and if you have a Kohls coupon, the prices come out great. read more

Kohls always has some kind of sale that beats going to the mall! I shop frequently at this one as well as another location. This Kohls has long lines on the weekends but has a wider variety of selection than the other Kohls here on the island. The customer service was very friendly and the help finding exactly what I needed was above and beyond. Anything that was back ordered to the store was available online! read more

Omg how much I hate this Kohls. Nobody was willing to help me at the kiosk when tried to print out an order no paper of course. Tried to exchange and the manager not sure what was her name but she was black and had the nerve to tell me that I should've printed out gift receipts from the kiosk. When I told her that there was no paper to print out the pages that I wanted all of a sudden she looked dumbfounded. It's almost impossible to return, exchange, gift card, anything that has to do with customer service it sucks to the nine. This place sucks sucks sucks stay away from customer service. No one is ever on the damn floor to help you out. No one is looking to help you out when you need help. This Kohls sucks and needs to close down. IF YOU'RE CALLING THE STORE. GOOD LUCK!! I called 6 times and I was hung up on all 5 times. By the 6th some woman answered, when I asked for a manager, she proceeded to help me. I'm assuming she must've been one. She helped me or so I think & I stated to her to please tell her employees not to hang up customers calling the store. It's extremely rude! She gave me a bit of an attitude back. She said "well that's why I answered and I helped you so there's no reason for you to be rude". ..........excuse me?! She doesn't know what rude is. I work for a bigger corporation than she does so I know all about customer service and SHE SUCKS AT HER DAY JOB! I thanked her for helping me or so I think and I asked her if she's a manager then keep your employees in check. There was absolutely no reason to be hung up on 5x. No one even answered the phone AT ALL so they had no idea who I was or what I was calling about! If another store had what I was looking for I would've never even called back a 2nd time. After I said to her the fact that you're coming back at me trying to defend this is disgusting, I never got an apology or any sort of accommodation to invite my business back to the store. All she said, in a soft, calm, doped up voice, was "OK"......before I reached through the phone and smacked her I hung up. I couldn't deal with her disgusting attitude. Not at 9am.
