I found Reign boutique from their very catchy tiktok videos. I loved watching them and every piece I saw them show- Loved!!! I booked my styling appointment and set it all up with Lauren who was very communicative and helpful. I scheduled a zoom with Wendy. She already had a rack of clothes for me based off my questionnaire of what I needed for my closet. She shows you each item and shows all the different ways you can mix and match. I purchased majority of the items they selected for me. I just got my order in from them- obsessed with my new items is an understatement! I have been a loyal Reign customer since moving to New York over a decade ago. They have such great balance of the staple pieces and the trends that it makes shopping a breeze. I never have to worry that 1000 people will be wearing my exact dress or jacket which is a huge plus and draw for me as a shopper. I love the boutique feel without the insane prices. Be careful buying online/through Instagram. I purchased 3 items on Instagram & never received 1. Went into the physical store & was told there was a no refund policy, only store credit-nothing about this was mentioned on Instagram when I purchased. Also, all the items I bought advertised free shipping but I was charged shipping. One item never came & it was only after I started a dispute for the item I never received that I got my money back. Terrible business practices & their clothes are overpriced for the quality. Buyers beware. read more

So I went into Reign today and the service was horrible. First, when I walked in the staff literally looked at me and said nothing. They judge you off of your appearance, apparently I wasn't dressed appropriately to be greeted or spoken to by staff. Everyone who walked in after me was greeted with big smiles. Even the women who were already in the store were treated better than I. To make matters worse as I was looking through the items, I noticed out of the corner of my eye that one of the employees was following me. If I went left she went left and if I went right so did she. I started get annoyed and angry at the same dam time. This silly little snobby girl finally mustard up the strength to ask if I needed help and I told her sarcastically, " you didn't greet me nor acknowledged me when I walked into this store and now your following me asking me if I need help after being in here for about 15 minutes. Please take your customer service and get the hell out of my face!" I do not require your services!"All the while she was helping everyone else in the store besides me, even those who came in after me! When I was done picking out what I wanted, I walked to the the front to make my purchase, where I found the little brown haired brunette with a bob haircut talking to the tall blonde at the cash register. She went the other way ( finally) when she saw me approaching. I calmly told the blonde that her staff needs to be retrained on how to greet everyone who walks through these doors because it's rude and how it made me feel a certain type of way. She quickly said with a grin on her face,"oh, I'm sure she didn't mean it like that!" I quickly realized that all of the ladies who work in there are snobbish and judge you based on appearance! If you don't dress the part then be prepared to be ignored and followed around the store. I went to work shortly after and a staff of mines told me that the side that Reign is on in North Merrick, where all of the rich snobby people live and that in the store are a group of rich little high-school white girls who have their noses stuck up their asses and think that their the cream of the pot. Absolutely terrible when all of them look like their in their 30s. So sad ! read more

I went in here looking for a gift for my girlfriend and customer service was perfect! I don't shop in women's stores much but I was made to feel comfortable and had excellent help with what I was looking for. They even gave me some great gift ideas as well. I wouldn't listen to the few negative reviews this place got, as clearly they were written by people with a grudge. Awesome store, worth the visit. I bought the costume jewelry less than 24 hrs before from the less than average looking owner whom attempted to have some sort of attitude like they were on 5th Avenue in NYC. Overpriced junk , Annie Sez for 3x the cost . As a man who doesn't shop there and an executive , you think they would be kind enough to tell me the policy of only store credit or exchanges ? So honesty time, every time I've go into Reign, I ALWAYS end up spending maybe around 5-600$ lol. And I tend to go frequently. Yes the clothes are a tad pricey so the price tends to be quite high but all in all it's always worth it. Plus, the employees are so sweet and always willing to give a kind, but honest response. It's one thing if the clothes are really nice, but it's another when the clothes AND the employees are nice. For the prices this store charges they should roll out the red carpet. The sales people are pushy and only out for a commission. I'm a size 6 don't try and stick me in a 4 and say it looks great. Also I'm sure not every item I tried on looked "amazing". Come on!! I come to you for a great experience and all you want to do is shove every item of clothing down my throat. I love this place. There is not a bad thing I can say about it! First off- the owner is incredible at what she does. Always picks the perfect clothing and knows just what accessories to get to match the clothes. Emily and Lauren are so good at their jobs it's refreshing. Extremely rude staff. I mostly enjoy their selection of shoes and a few fashion pieces. I made a purchase there once and would never again. I can just walk in and there will be no greeting or even a smile. I'll rather shop elsewhere. I work in high end fashion and even the people of luxury do not act this snobby. One of the best boutiques in the area. The clothes are always beautiful albeit a tad bit expensive. The clothing is worth the money however as they are excellent quality. They also always have an excellent sales/clearance rack in the back of the store. The girls who work there are always very helpful and will give you their opinion on an outfit if you ask. read more

Great addition to Merrick. We used to have so many shopping choices and they left us during the past 10 years. It was with great relief after our first shopping trip to Reign that we became regular shoppers. My daughter can always find numerous things to buy every time we come here. Although the prices are under $100 the clothing and accessories offered is for the teen market and the typical suburban girl. Some of the personnel is totally nasty.They lied to me about their Black Friday Promotion which was spend $60 and get a $20 gift card while supplies last. However, after my purchase, they told me the supply did not last, but it did for next 3 customers who left their store a half hour later. When I returned to the store and told them what I had just encountered, they told me I could wait or if I do not like it to call THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. This boutique is a glorified Forever 21 but with much higher prices! I found the exact same tops at Forever 21 for less than 1/2 of what they charge. The owner is a rude Woman and the sales staff is rude too. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. read more
