After customer was rung up I was not even approached or acknowledged. Then a new customer came in. Asked for headlight bulb. Associate walked by me said excuse me. Then walked back passed me and said excuse me again. I had enough. I walked to the counter as the customer was finishing. A new customer comes in cuts in front of me while the associate looks at me and doesn't acknowledge me at all. I walked out! Very disappointing.

Our daughter was participating in a Super Six tennis tournament at the tennis center (Robbie Wagner) and we arrived 45 min prior to her game and realized she left ALL of her rackets at home in Queens, NY! SMH! Needless to say, Stockton saved our behinds (namely hers) from forcing her to forfeit the game. He was able to supply the exact racket and get it strung all within 45 min!! Annnnnnd help 3 other people. Just stupendous! If you need anything from a pro shop, go to this one. Excellent customer service!!
